Das Personal war größtenteils super nett.

Die Anlage ist sehr veraltet, den ganzen Tag gibt es Lärm von den Longtail Booten, manchmal auch nachts. Es ist auch ziemlich überteuert. Es gibt nicht genügend Liegen, der Strand vor dem Hotel ist leider oft überfüllt durch Tagestouristen. Das Schlafsofa im Zimmer war sehr hart und hatte Flecken. Man findet auf jeden Fall bessere Orte in Thailand mit besserer Ausstattung, Service und Komfort für weniger Geld. Wir wollten gern 30 Minuten später auschecken: 20€. Handtuchreinigung für 20 € wurde uns beim Check Out auch zusätzlich berechnet.

Everything was nice, the staff was so kind and helpful. We saw monkeys and the pool is right next to the beach ! Good breakfast as well !

The property should say that we need to take a boat to go to the hotel .. after 6.30 pm there is no speed boat so you need to take a private boat. We arrived in the dark and was quiet unclear from the airport !

Location is actually spreading between railway east and West. It is advertised on West The air con is struggling to maintain temperature on upper floor,lack of insulation in the roof

Personal teilweise unfreundlich, schlecht ausgebildetes Personal. Obstauswahl, es ist Mangozeit in Thailand, doch Mangos waren Fehlanzeige. Eine Bar und ein Keeper ohne Esprit. Lausige Cocktails. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass an jeder Ecke gespart werden musste.

The location is great, the beach & swimming pool, but… I upgraded my room to Villa pool on the spot, with big additional change, as other rooms are very old and badly maintained. Only the Villa is renovated. Food was very medium

Das Problem des Overtourism und das allgemeine Abfallproblem Thailands zeigt sich in Rai Lei von seiner hässlichen seite. Das Hotel scheint dies zwar irgendwie verstanden zu haben, die Massnahmen beschränken siche aber auf „do not litter“ Schilder. Nirgends findet sich ein Abfalleimer auf dem Gelände. sämtliche bestellte Getränke kommen im Plastikbecher mit Strohhalm daher, das im Zimmer offerierte Wasser ist in 0.5 dl Plastikflaschwn. Water Refill Station gibt es keine. Die Hinteren Zimmer befinden sich zudem nicht beim West Beach sondern beim Ost Beach, welcher eher einer Müllhalde als einem Strand ähnelt. Die Anlage allgemein lieblos, das schlechteste frühstück in 6 Wochen Thailand.

This is a beautiful resort, we had a cozy room with a private spa bath outside our very private unit with an outside shower.

Even though the amazing hot weather, I still prefer a hot shower and our water inside our room was cold.

Food at restaurant, location was great. Loved that our rom was made up and fridge restocked each day. loved mini fruit basket on arrival.

people leaving towels on chairs all day and not using lounges around pool. would go off and return to lounge hours later. Some very rude Europeans with no manners, We felt bad for hotel staff.

Vanskelig med glutenfri mat - de vet ikke så mye om sånt. Viktig å få dem til å spørre kokken.

Localization in front of beach and near main road. Staff very kind and helpfull. Room very comfortable. Complimentary and a lot of snacks free in room. Food well cooked. Last day we can remain in beach and they let us shower before departure (even after checkout).

There could be some more variety in breakfast. Cleaning of roads just ok.

Location, super staff, nice pools. Room with the outdoor spa was lovely. The hotel was so accommodating, arranging anything we asked for. Brilliant !!

Honestly, the DIY breakfast was poor. Limited selection. The eggs were cold even when they had just been brought out. I thought the breakfast was the only negative of the hotel. Just not up to scratch.

Transfert aéroport- hôtel un peu cher Le restaurant est très mauvais je ne recommande pas Serviettes de bain non changées durant tout le séjour , le ménage n'était pas vraiment fait ils venaient juste faire le lit On doit passer dans une ruelle qui donne sur toutes les climatisation pour aller à la plage/piscine, pas très joli et on se prend l'air chaud alors qu'il fait déjà super chaud Les gens mettent leur serviette sur le transat à la piscine et ne sont jamais là, résultat nous n'avons pas de transat pour en profiter

The staff were so caring and in a natural way without the false smiles, all genuine. The facilities were great and the location was the prettiest place we have stayed at in Thailand.

The room and facilities were great! Location was obviously amazing!

The breakfast included in the price is barely worth it.. we were excited to have a nice breakfast every morning but it just got worse. The juice was pretty much cool aid or made from some sort of powder and very artificial. Two choices of bread. Even toasted it was very stale. Sunny side up eggs were raw sun the boiled eggs over boiled . The restaurant is was also very disappointing. Prices were superb high and the quality of food low..

Breakfast could be slightly better, but it’s very honorable.

Communications (email queries) were very prompt and helpful, as were the Reception Staff, Tour Desk and Golf Buggy drivers. Our room upstairs with a balcony was a good size and came with a bath and separate shower. Hotel transfer from Airport to Resort was seamless, efficient and excellent value. Fantastic location of resort with beautiful sunsets on the beach with the limestone cliffs.

Only small things which could be easily fixed and wouldn’t stop us returning - Restaurant staff were not always friendly but functional. Hot water from our shower was on and off during a shower every day and regardless of time of day. Aircon over the bed normally doesn’t bother us but the flow of air would always fall on the bed regardless of changing the direction of the fins.

Separate secluded bungalow with shower outside and inside. Water was slightly cold, however nice when it is hot to refresh yourself so we get used to it and started to like it.

sometimes smell from canalisation. not always just need to start water run.

this is my favorite hotel in the world, this was my second stay and they upgraded us to the Luxury private villa and it was incredible!!
