The location is excellent for the family visit, especially we can easily get everything we need within and outside of the hotel. super beautiful beach and excellent facilities.

The service stuff might need to improve the way they provided, in checking the hotel around 9pm, we can feel the stuff was not families with the process and we have to double check in details. The breakfast was okay, not good enough as a 5 stars hotel, maybe it’s their strategy to simplify the breakfast quality, but there’s room to improve for sure.

This is not a 5 stars hotel... the hotel requires some serious maintenance and renovation, and the breakfast is not that good...

none of the water sports mentioned were ever on offer the week we stayed despite asking every day - one day there were no waves for surfing, the next the waves were too big! big waves mean they close the beach even for playing in the shallow surf as soon as we left the closed beach and went to the pool the staff tried to close the pool for cleaning! just no thought to customers… clean the pool at 6am or 6pm not at 12 noon!! the sun loungers are hard wood with no cushions available(I asked!)

nothing anymore, will never stay here again

We (my family) have stayed in this resort before but for the last three years it has come from bad to worst. My family and I were expecting improvement, but unfortunately from day one became a disappointment. the rooms we had reserved were not available, even when confronted with the confirmation e-mail the staff claimed we never requested the rooms reserved. Food was another disaster, even when the confirmation e-mail specified breakfast included for two rooms for two adults and one child in each room the hotel pretended we pay for one child because of his age (9 years old) Food quality really has decayed, there is practically no choices for expat guests. when asked to talk to the manager this person never showed. I would never recommend this resort, it is too expensive and definitely not worth it, I will never take my family to this place again.

Hotel has own private beach and it's quite convenient and it's close to the main street too.

The breakfast I think it could improve more. And If there are some socket can installed nearby bed..

Taking two points off because the breakfast buffet is disappointing. For examples, bread was stale. It didn’t seem freshly baked.

Easy beach access and restaurants. You never have to leave the resort honestly.

Staff unhelpful, most staff seemed to not know what was going on or the policies of the resort

Wonderful breakfast buffet. This hotel is on the beach with several pools and water activities included along with archery and other land activities. The dinner buffet is fantastic. The dinner buffet costs extra. Staff is very helpful. Staff knows limited English.

Hotel needs to provide information about the shuttle bus to get around Kenting without a car.

Soundproofing is not that good, room got smaller, don’t like the way how they deco the bathroom, not enough toiletries, asked for second time. 2 ppl with such a small bottle of shampoo, oh my.

the building looks tired and in dire need of renovation. too many rules for everything - towels, swimming, life guards rude, dinner was average.

Exclusive beach.

The location was great! having the beach right behind the hotel rooms was a best part especially for us with young children, it made playing at the beach and cleaning up afterwards very convenient.

The buffet food was not the best, and the mattress was on the softer side.
