I like the spacious room

The hotel staff doesn’t even know basic problem solving, my room key was not working and we had to walk 3 times up and down the lobby and we had to teach them to get a staff up there to get it resolved. Housekeeping earlier informed the front desk that they couldn’t enter as the latch was locked from inside (I was told this always happen when the door was closed hard, the latch will move a bit and lock from inside) and when we returned, the room was not cleaned as they have refused to open the door for housekeeping and have asked them to wait for guest to return. I had to give them my 2 cents worth of comment that since this is a frequent scenario, the hotel should accompany the guest up to check why the key is not functioning and since there is no do not disturb sign at the door, the hotel can enter to do what is necessary. Imagine the amount of frustration dealing with such a simple issue. We had to stand and wait outside our room for almost 30 mins to just get them to come up to check the issue and the room was still in a mess. The staff lectured me that the door was locked from inside as we closed the door too hard and I had to keep my cool and remind them that we do not work in your hotel, I am too tired to deal with this and they just have to get this simple issue sorted out, really highly unprofessional way to deal with customers being a reputable hotel chain.

Sehr gute Lage. U-Bahn in der Nähe. Direkt an einem Fluss mit Laufstrecke.

Comfortabel bed, schone kamer, goede douche en dicht bij metro.

Weinig gezellige restaurants of bars in de buurt. Wel verschillende lokale eetgelegenheden en 1 leuk restaurant.

Очень чистый и хороший номер. Большие, удобные кровати с чистым постельным бельём. Отличный завтрак для европейцев по сравнении с другим отелями - есть всё! Не далеко от метро, но рядом есть автобусная остановка от куда можно доехать быстрее в любую точку города. На ресепшене дают одноразовые наборы для бритья, гигиены полости рта и тд.

Не очень удобный вход в отель для пешей прогулки. Персонал не очень хорошо говорит по английский и отвлекался во время чек-ина.

Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, un hotel muy sofisticado y de lujo. Las camas eran cómodas, tenía aire acondicionado y buena vista. El baño estaba limpio y bien equipado. El desayuno tenía un costo de 168RMB por persona y es tipo buffet, ofrecen variedad en comida occidental y oriental

El olor a cigarrillo era impresionante, habían carteles que decían prohibido fumar pero las habitaciones olían bastante a humo de cigarrillo, para el precio y status del hotel, esperas que mínimo la habitación tenga un olor agradable

The Breakfast was good & the staff is good as well.

Though it's the Hotel Management's Policy to have a NON-SMOKING hotel & i respect that...but it's a inconvenience to people who smoke & have to come all the way down to smoke!!!!!!!!!
