The staff were very helpful and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and easy. The hotel was located right on the ski slopes. The room had very good amenities

available swimming pool, bowling, saunas, ski rent in one place.

Saunas were completely separated from swimming pool.

Food and hotel staff were excellent.

Location is just above the ski lift as a connection to the ski area. Hotel is very cosy, family friendly, with a lot of facilities (table tennis, bowling, pool with one of the best waterslides we`ve experienced, Spa, kids playroom...). Ski rental and service within a hotel is also great.

Large rooms with enough equipment in kitchen, swimming pool and wellness

Uncomfortable beds , no possible go into wellness with kids till 14years.

On the other hand, apartments are very spacious with big bathrooms and fairly equiped . Staff is very kind and helpfull. Ski rooms are modern and spacious. Garage space for cars is a big plus and within hotel. Indoor pool is excellent and water is 31C. Sauna is very nice and clean as well as the whole hotel. Hotel position on a ski track is perfect. Skiing is magnificent and tracks and roads are cleaned every day so it is easy to ski and drive around with car.

Accommodation is overpriced since there are no meals included. The price for 7 nights (for sleeping only) is equal to 10 nights stay in all inclusive 5* hotel. Additional breakfast for 15eur per person is a rip off. Restaurants near by are expensive and food is poor. Sofa beds are hardly usable for 1 night sleepover and shouldnt be calculated into beds at all. Even do this is apart hotel, it is still 4* hotel, additional charges for nearly everthing (cleaning, bathrobes, brekfast...etc) after paying quite a summ for accommodation, gives you a bit of a bitter impression. For comparison we were 4 families and payed 8.000eur for 7 nights for accommodation only. When you add a ski pass which is arround 300 eur per person for 7 days, (ski rent is also quite expensive -2 pair of skiies and shoes 360 eur for 6 days, ski instructor is 80eur/hour), dining out, you can get the point where this is going. Hotel is in a valley surronded by mountains but without sun during the day. If your are with small kids which are not skiing you should take them on the other part of the mountin with more sun during the day so they can stay out for some time.
