Friendly, helpful staff. Huge room and decent for the price. Nice pool. Breakfast was average but ok. Close to the beach.

Lots of mosquitoes in the room, but rough around the edges. But it's cheap! No three pin plugs in the room, only 2 pin.

Excellent location! Very short walk from our room to the beach and close to shops and restaurants nearby. The included breakfast was delicious and pretty perfect for us, lots of options. The best part for my 2.5 year old was the kids pool. He was obsessed! This pool was great for the whole family. Includes a shallow kids pool with a play set in it and another pool next to it with a pool bar in the pool. There was also a pool area with fun jets my son liked. 😅 The room was nice and comfy, which also included a bathtub. Friendly staff too!

Location is excellent, staff are friendly and very helpful. Would fully recommend staying at Timber House and/or Krabi Resort which is a sister hotel (same owner) with its own private beach area which is fabulous.

Being over critical could say rooms are a little bit dated, but you will get that with all older establishments. Though we didn't mind a bit, it gives the place character.

While the hotel was a little run down and could do with a touch of paint here and there, we were both quite happy with our stay. The staff were very helpful as we'd accidentally booked the wrong day (my own fault) and they gave us a room while they sorted this out with Booking.com. The hotel is right on the road and about 3 minutes walk from all the bars, shops and beaches. Nothing really stood out about the hotel and being anywhere in Thailand would make me happy so the hotel even though basic, had a little bit of character even if that character is a little old fashioned.

A little repair work was needed in certain areas but this didn't affect our room or the service we received.

Good location, next to the market. You can eat and buy some stuff. Near to Aonang beach as well you can take à boat and go to railey beach for 200 thb. The place was cute. Stuff very Nice

Ao Nang beach is very dirty and not as paradisiac as it might look when you google it! please don't get me wrong, it all depends about what you want for your holiday. Ao Nang is very lively and in general food and other things are cheaper than in Railay or Phi Phi. If you want white sands and cleat water don't stay in Ao nang unless if you want to do the trips to nearby islands such as Hong Island and phi phi. This hotel room is ok, clean and basic things are there but is not romantic! They offered us fruit on arrival day and water every day what is nice. Breakfast has a good choice - buffet breakfast. It would be great if chocolate was available for the pancakes. Staff speaks limited english. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Very noisy during the night as is in front of the main road in Ao nang. In general good location for Ao Nang beach and trips but you still need to walk around 10-15 minutes to get to the main part of the road with shops and restaurants. Ao Nang beach far from paradise, water was dirty, too busy for our liking but is possible to do trips to nearby islands.

Swiming pool is great, Location also ok. you can go ao Nang beach through 10 mintues walk. Room is big with balcony.
