It is great place to stay, 3 min walking from one of the Main waking Street. Many places are nearby.

A lovely spacious (under)ground apartment. The staff was welcoming. Excellent, quiet location. The Internet is ok.

Quite far from the nearest supermarket, but close to the centre. Climbing up and down the hills takes work.

We liked this accommodation. The owner was always in touch with us and helped with everything! Thank him a lot for that!) The location is nice, the hotel is on the slope but not too high to cause any difficulties. The room is spacious and in light colours, has a great kitchen with high quality kitchenware and utensils. That was very important as we cooked breakfasts and dinners at the apartment. There’s a washing machine, an iron. The double mattress on the bed is really comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped (of GROHE) You get high-speed internet that is a rare phenomenon in Turkey)) And sure the view is amazing!

The location is very nice: 7 min walk to the downtown, close to a number of coffee and breakfast places. Our 2-bedroom apartment was with a nice sea view. Room is freshly furnished, a/c available in each room.

We stayed in Kas in January, with some cold nights. Hot water was missing in the room for a few nights/days, which is rather dissapointing. However seems like this hot water issue is common for the entire town, not only for Cedrus.

refrigrator is in the room right next to the bed and it is very loud. there is no small table next to the bed where you can put your stuff.

Troubles with tableware.... not enough, some were dirty on arrival.... lived in a room with garden view, there was some rooms on the floor and laundry room.... this laundry room has no any ventilation.... and all the smell of laundry chemicals came into the room... it was horrible feeling.... especially if you have allergy....on my complaints reaction was like pay 650 euro and move to another room on the other floor.... I tried to contact booking but owner say something like I was rude with her.... had to send all our chatting to booking.com..... it was strange reaction of owner cause we communicated only in WhatsApp and everything was fixed... we couldn't talk cause she doesn't speak not English not Hebrew not Russian.... but I can't speak Turkish....She even scared me while chatting that on departure she will call police and say I broke something..... only cause I asked to change room ....

The apartment itself was very well maintained and clean. Kitchen had enough utensils for having meals at home. They provided basics for cleaning and bathroom too. Our room had a sew view which was a great plus. The building is located on a hill so you might need to climb a slope or take the stairs up but it isn't something you can't do if you take your time and pace yourself.

there were not window blinds or curtains. we were living on the last floor, and the some of windows were on the ceiling without curtains or shutters. personnel never cleaned the apartment.

I booked a studio and it felt damp as it was sort of basement. No windows ex sliding entrance door. Other bigger rooms above looked way better. Got hot water for less than 5 minutes before it went cold so quick shower needed.... if there were two of you good luck! Aircon dripped in the room which wasnt great.

A spacious and stylish apartment. We stayed in the one that had two separate bedrooms. The beds were super-comfy, bed linen is nice and clean, plenty of towels and the shower is soooo good you don't want to get out of it. The owner told us there may be problems with hot water but we didn't experience any. There is a washing machine and we found some washing powder under the sink which was very nice because in other places we were told you need to get it from the shops and you can normally only buy a large pack you don't need. There's a nice balcony with partial view of the sea and the mountains - beautiful sunsets. The building is new and clean, there's a lift and free parking along the building - we never had a problem finding a free spot (mind you, driving in Kas is not easy though) The building is located in a quite street, a little off the restaurants and bars, but within a short walking distance from the center (the way back is up the hill, so may be a bit difficult for elderly people or young children). Overall, a very comfy stay, would definitely recommend if you are in Kas.

The only thing missing are any bedside tables in the bedrooms - no place to put your phone or iPad apart from the floor. Also, there's no small light, just the ceiling lamp which is not very convenient. Otherwise, it's a very nice apartment and we enjoyed staying there for 5 nights.

Everything was perfect, it’s all new and clean.

The whole experience was very smooth all the facilities were great and the place was clean and very comfortable. It was good value for money and the place looked higher end.

Parking was a bit hard to find right by the place but I found a couple spots nearby.

Great location, was back enough to be quiet and no disruption at night but the main areas and little pebble beach within 5 mins walk. Had no issues finding a park in front of the apartment. Place was very clean and plenty of space.

Had some issues with payment and communication but otherwise sorted. The wifi was quite poor throughout
