Staff here are extreme friendly and helpful. includes all kind of activities including sunset cruise, hand line fishing all free of charge. Wi-Fi is good in room and room cleanness is good

Food is average and not match the price as mostly fried food. the food is sometimes cold.

The best hotel ever. The hotel is amazing but the staff is just incredible: they are all so nice, always available, you feel like you are part of the family! The food is a Michelin level of good. The fact that this is a small hotel makes everything more personalized. They prepare a lot of special surprises for you. Definitely recommend it!

Apart from the property, the wonderful staff and included excursions such as the two of us on the resort’s separate private island, snorkelling off a sandbar and foraging for sea grapes to be transformed by one of Fiji’s top chefs at dinner made this a first rate experience.

This is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at, me and my wife visited Tadrai Island Resort for the last week of our honeymoon in Fiji in May 2022. The hotel is incredible, the rooms are comfortable and modern, with rain showers, a bathtub and private infinity pool on the beach. The Staff are the nicest people you will meet, making sure your stay is amazing. We wanted to do our vows on the beach, and Nancy, the manager of the hotel set up a beautiful flower arch and had 2 of the staff dress in traditional Polynesian clothing. It was a once in a lifetime experience. The food is 10/10, Joe the new chef made a la carte meals on request and they were all delicious. The whole team was great, with a special mention of Angela our maid who made the stay extra comfortable, Nancy and Keli the bar staff/waiters, Rocky the activities coordinator and Fresco the groundsman/amazing guitarist. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Fiji, it is incredible!

when it came down to the day before checkout we were being told the price would be different . Nancy runs the resort and she tried to change the price of the room when we had one day left . definitely felt like a bait and switch and didn’t feel good at all .

The staff that took care of us are the most amazing hospitality team we have ever met. Very welcoming, always had a smile and nothing seemed impossible with this amazing people. Everything about this stay was simply perfect. They certainly need to be acknowledged and looked after by the business. We will definitely go back!

Tadrai has been the final step of our honeymoon trip: we chose this location because we wanted to feel in paradise for some days but it didn't meet our expectations. We very much appreciated the quiet and intimate size of the resort (only 5 villas for adults), the friendliness of the staff and our villa as well. If there is one true positive point is sharing this bit of Mana island with a very limited number of people.

Almost everything about food and drinks was not at the level you would expect at this price tag: the breakfast choice was limited to a variations of egg and bacon or pancakes, even simple things like a freshly squeezed orange juice or an ice cream were not available. We spent Christmas over there and had a lavish 7 courses dinner but the other meals were quite far from the "gourmet" concept that Booking sells. Also, the meals are always oversized and we had the impression that a lot of food is wasted, this should not happen. The 2nd major disappointment came from the beaches on the island: ocean pollution is a major issue and the islanders should take more care, you will find plastic bottles and garbage just after the high tide shoreline, not what you would expect in such a paradise. Also, at low tide the beach in front of the villas is full of stone and not easy to walk if you want to have a swim Overall the resort has a nice design but the facilities look old and would need some refurbishment. It is just not worth the impressive amount of money you pay for it.
