We had a wonderful time here. The beds are comfortable, the kids have their own space upstairs and there are plenty of showers. The basement is large and clean and has an excellent area for working on and storing bikes. The proximity to New School is great. We could easily get into Burke on the trails for lunch or access them for a day of riding. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to cook most of your meals at the house. Great place to stay!!

This was a perfect location for our group of mountain bikers. We were in Kingdom Trails during a somewhat rainy period, so having the bike washing station and the basement storage were key. The place was clean and in good condition. I'd definitely come back!

The stellar property is brand new, has everything you need to enjoy your time in the NEK and even has trail access right out the back door to New School. These are the most professional hosts I have ever encountered in the 15 years I have used VRBO or others.

There's a trail right behind the house that leads to the Moose Haven trails system. We enjoyed the backyard firepit and the owners even had local firewood for their guest. The inside looked brand new and clean with a comfortable living area and open concept to the kitchen. Spacious, clean and dry bike storage in the basement with a professional set of tools. We also noticed some cornhole boards but didn't have a chance to use them... next time.

Cannot say enough about the property. Home and grounds were spotless, inside was new and clean, and the fire pit and bike accommodations made it all the better. Close to town and easy to jump on great trails right from the house.

I traveled to East Burke with my elderly mom and sister, to visit our nephew. This property was perfect! Location A+. The house was immaculate. It was very roomy, allowing us all a private bedroom and bath. The layout of the house was helpful for my Mom on a walker. The owners have the kitchen stocked with anything you may need. The side deck allowed privacy while being outside and the firepit was a plus-although we didn't use it, nice to to relax outdoors. I will definitely be back & recommend this comfy property to others. My wife and I love this property! Fantastic location, close to all of the best trails KT has to offer. The house is always clean and comfy with ample bike storage in the basement. The owner, Robin, is extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

We booked this place as soon as we saw the listing for our 9 nights in the NEK, and we were not disappointed. It is a perfect location for getting on the trails. We rode, walked, and ran right from the house on the beautiful trail system. It's a short drive to town and 15 minutes to beautiful Lake Willoughby. The house is well appointed and we made use of all the amenities. We do a lot of cooking & grilling and the house had everything we needed. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the beds and having separate bathrooms was important for everyone during COVID. We thoroughly enjoyed the side porch and fire pit. They really thought of everything. I highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Guest House. The rooms were nicely appointed and extremely clean. The owners provided plenty of supplies for our visit. Indoor and outdoor bike maintenance accessories were available and much appreciated. Having a bike trail connect directly to the property was great. We enjoyed the beautiful property and the outdoor deck. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was just what we were looking for - a very comfortable and well-appointed home that was in a wonderful location. The house was super clean; the kitchen had every appliance that you needed; and the two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were perfect for my wife and I staying in one room and our adult daughter in the other. (For a larger family, there are more bedrooms and another bath upstairs.) Communicating with the owner was easy throughout the process, and she welcomed us as we arrived for our stay. This home was close to several biking and hiking trails, (some pretty much outside your back door) and was about a 20 minute drive to Lake Willoughby and the surrounding mountains there. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again when visiting the Northeast Kingdom area of Vermont.

Check in was easy with a key code entry. The house was spotless and very well decorated and maintained. There were all the little amenities that made this home rental easier such as coffee pods for the coffee maker, enough dishwasher/ dish/ laundry detergent to make it through the stay. Nice appliances that did not make cooking on vacation a chore. Comfortable beds! The cable box wasn’t working because of a storm and the owner came and checked on it right away and replaced it the next day (super friendly guy). So many thoughtful bike amenities such as the bike wash stand outside, the fixing station, and the storage racks made it easy to get riding and clean up every day. Location for riding was very convenient for shuttling kids to Moose Alley, easy ride to Flower Brook or Burnham Down, you can pop onto New School right out the back, short drive to KT School parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Very bike-friendly property with work stand and wash station, walk in basement with bike racks and secure storage, sweet location on new trail (thank you to the owners!) accessing White School, perfectly situated between East Haven, Burke Mountain, and Darling Hill trails, although traffic on 114 a little loud. Clean and spacious, VERY well appointed kitchen, grill and fire pit round out the experience. Adjacent apartment over barn makes for a convenient overflow space for family/friends if available.

It clear from our confirmation email that Robin's focus was making our stay as nice as possible. She has thought of all details from the key less entry, the house book, bike storage and repair area with some tools, outside 5-burner gas grill, and the corn hole game. It was difficult leaving and I look forward to returning. This was a trip of three men spending our time hiking and biking.

Let me start off by saying I do quite a bit of traveling all over the world. I have stayed in many hotels and homes throughout the years. When I tell you that this is one of, if not the cleanest places I have ever been to, it is without exaggeration! The home is appointed very well, the beds and linens are crisp. The bathrooms were even stocked with items you may have forgotten, toothbrushes, creams, chapstick, hand warmers etc. This place, and host Robin truly go above and beyond to make this cozy cabin feel like home. We didnt even want to leave! We are looking forward to returning next winter to make this place our annual snowmobiling destination trip!

Wonderful vacation rental and perfect for visiting Burke Mtn. with a small family or group of friends. Robin, the host, was nothing but gracious and generous. From her initial communication to her warm welcome. Access to Robin was easy through cell provided but our stay did not require reaching out. All went smoothly. Very easy check-in and check out process. The house is well equipped with kitchenware for meals and the offerings of coffee and teas were perfect. The fire place was a nice addition to the stay and perfect for a cold night of board games and cocktails after a day on the mtn. The bedrooms were spacious and 3 include a full sized baths. My group of friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Definitely plan to visit once again!

We loved this rental, lots of space with 3 big bedrooms and 3 big bathrooms and two big living areas. The owners have stocked the place exceptionally well, we only had to buy/bring our own groceries. There was easy access to locked bike storage, some bike tools and a bike wash, very useful for our mountain bikes. It’s also conveniently located to some of the bike trails if you don’t want to drive and park to bike. The house is also very clean and well maintained. The owners were responsive to questions and easy to work with. We will definitely be staying here again on our next Burke trip.

We loved everything! Perfect location at the bottom of MooseAlley. It’s sooo clean. Rooms are huge with independent bathrooms. Single beds (4) can accommodate family and groups! Lot of space. Bike storage in the Basement. Bike Wash outside. Fully equiped kitchen. Tons of complimentary! We really felt like « Guests »! Nos only renters. We are used of Renting in the area and this spot really worth it! Will come back!

They have thought of everything here! Can't wait to come back!
