- Extremely friendly and helpful staff

- AC blows directly into the bed which made it really impossible to sleep without using the bed cover. - Gym is really poor and not looked-after

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar

The staff is really helpful and polite and specially the manager who helped me with medecine because i had injury in my had and i was not able to find medical shop.. rooms were cleaned and location was best. Breakfast was amazing.

Food was decent and the location of the property was good.

The following: 1. Lift was not working for an entire day 2. The wall to wall carpet in the room was unkept and needed to be cleaned well 3. The bath tub area was not clean 4. The tables at the breakfast area were not clean
