I turned up a bit later than intended but got a friendly reception. Easy check-in. All very straightforward. Good breakfast.

We received a really friendly welcome and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The location was beautiful in a side street with fabulous views of the town. The husband and wife could not have been nicer and prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning. A side benefit was the free parking not to mention how clean and new everything was. The most comfortable beds during our three week trip. Wunderschoern!

Lovely, friendly, welcoming hosts. Breakfast exceeded my expectation! It was exactly was me and my son needed for a healthy, strong start to the day before his hockey camp at the arena. Location was a perfect walk to the rink and completely quiet at night! For any families visiting Bad Sachsa for a hockey camp, I would happily recommend Hotel Ingeburg!

My family and I stayed during Covid19, so things were not normal overall. But the hotel was delightful, the staff was very friendly and the room was perfect for a small family.

There is not much parking and the only way to get there is by driving.

The town is a hidden gem for anyone who needs some peace of mind in a cozy atmosphere. The houses here, the lake, the cafés and restaurants... Everything’s a pleasure to an eye; and the schnitzels in the schnitzelrestaurant (in the town centre)- yum! The hotel’s owners are very nice and caring. Rooms are superclean. And the silence around... Oh the silence... I loved it. We got a room with balcony which made our short (transit) stay even better. I really didn’t expect I would charge my batteries here but I did. We wouldn’t mind coming back one day! :) The WiFi was good, they have a couple of connections to choose from. The owners take care of the breakfast, they asked us the day before what we would like to drink and eat :). And it was all tasty.

There is no restaurant at the hotel; for us it was no problem because we like walking, but if you have problems with that, keep it in mind. The walk is up and down the hill. We found it very pleasant though! :) We could use some coffee machine or a water kettle, available in the evening. And maybe some small snacks/chips/chocolate bars etc. sold at the reception. Maybe there are places in the town that deliver food- an information about it could be useful for the guests who don’t feel like walking to the centre. :) It was a very pleasant stay though, we recommend the place!
