Proximity to Arcadia beach. Two minutes from the sea. Breakfast was really good. Buffet has a lot of choices.

Couldn't get air conditioner to work lower than 24 degrees Celsius. I like to sleep when its cooler than that. I had to ask all the time for toilet paper, Cleaning ladies would not add any if not asked each day.

Everything was amazing. The best place in Arcadia! Breakfast, dinner was really delicious. Everyone were kind and nice to us. We will come again for sure!

I missed alivator in the hotel. Is a little bit loud at the night.

Very large (luxurious) apartment with a huge terrace, close to the Arkadia beach, nice pool (little too cold to really enjoy), fair breakfast, nice staff. We got two sleeping rooms, separately from the living room having also a dinning area. Nice furnished. For sure the hotel and the room are something great during summer season, allowing you to be by the beach and to fill the vibe of the area, but during the winter the room is rather cold. The staff was very nice to put oil heaters in the dormitories, so we could sleep in good conditions, but the rest of the apartment - mainly the living area - was very cold, not very pleasant (no heating systems in place, only the air con, which was not working to produce warm air, only ... cold air). During winter time, there is no much activity around, so it is silent during night, but the vicinity of the beach, restaurants and aquapark may pose some challenges during summer from the unpleasant noise point of view. The hotel has a free private secured parking, which is to be accessed via a private road from the roundabout at the beginning of Arcadia City, next the police booth (still, the hotel should provide more details about this to travelers who inform about the need of parking for their car, as the customers may not understand how to approach the hotel by car when they notice a barrier at the start of the private road). It was nice the hotel offered both breakfast and dinner included in the price (at the arrival, the staff was kind enough to pack something for a dinner to be served in the room, as being very late in the night). The staff reply very quick and they are ready to help, providing very good service!

The hotel does not have elevator (be aware when having heavy bags, as the booking may not mention this) and the pool is not enough warm to enjoy it as for relaxation (but it is perfect for swimming courses, as happened in the evening during our stay when 2/3 of the pool was reserved to kids learning to swim). The dinner should have other options - only including dinner in the price and offering fixed/poor meal would not make a difference. The apartment has a spa shower, with lights and music/radio, which is nice for having photos with... but not totally functional. We have tried to use the steam, it worked first time, not able to reuse second time... Also, when trying to use jacuzzi, lot of dirty came out, making the entire shower inappropriate for use. The personal may need to pay more attention to repair and clean broken and outdated installations (as summer is close and future customers may wish to enjoy jacuzzi). Another issue - even if the website mentions the possibility of transfer (from the airport), the hotel will not organize it, only recommends taking a taxi... better to organize on your own than to expect support from the hotel with the airport transfer...
