Location is perfect. Proximity to eatery places. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the best beds I ever slept on.

More livelier atmosphere in the lobby with sitting arrangement and more restaurants are required , it's very dull, atleast coffee shop should be 24/7 and vegetarian food options .

Beautiful decor and lots of amenities in our room.

Sadly, after we got into bed I realised that the room smelled of mold. I was tired after a long day and did not complain. However, the strong smell of mold made me ill with congestion and rhinitis for three days.

Low pressure of water in my shower room, in same time the pressure in a bath was normal.

I would say the service was excellent. The front desk lady was very professional and kind. Especially thanks to the F&B Director Mr. Raymond. I was surprised that his position still doing the service to the guest at the coffee shop. We were in a hurry to have a quick lunch before the meeting. Just asked him about the wine for lunch. ( we are wine professionals) He was very kind to let us taste it before confirming the order. After that the salad was delayed and we didn't have time to enjoy it. He offered us a small fruit plate to apologize for it.

In general, the room is a bit old with some marks in the toilet.
