Very close to the station. Grand hotel and clean. The room is actually newly refurnished, not expectedly old. Relative large room in the city. Long and big tub! Staff are friendly.

Cold and hot water switches are very sensible, a bit difficult to adjust.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic!!! It is located just outside the main exit to your left. Very easy walking - about two minutes or less. Although not luxurious, our room was quite large and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delight! We ordered the main dish at our table, then went through the buffet line to get additional items. We would definitely stay at this facility again.

location is very convenient. just next to the station and major bus stops in town. room is spacious. there is a foyer area to put your shoes too. reasonable price. very nice bathroom with a bubble hot bath tub. nice view as the hotel staff is kind enough to put us in the top floor. also, the room is close to an elevator so my mom doesn’t need to walk very far.

bed is too soft so we couldn’t sleep well and got up with a sore back.

The hotel was beyond expectation. Room was large, very large by japanese standard. The bed was comfortable and clean. I love the coffee and tea, so delicious

I don't know how to set room air conditioning, tried to call front desk, no answer

Our room had enough space to walk, lay out 2 suitcases and had a small sofa. The bathroom was well lit and had room to move about. The hotel is a very short walk away and there is a mall between us. Lots of places to eat. Staff was friendly throughout and helped us ship our suitcases to Tokyo.

We couldn’t figure out how to adjust the AC. The room was a little warm.

So close to the station. You are practically right next to bus stop No. 2 for Shirakawa-go bus. They offer afternoon tea that looks amazing.
