1. The room was very clean and the sheets were fresh 2. The corridors were mostly quiet 3. The kitchen, although shared, was mostly clean (I didn't use it as much) 4. The bathroom and toilets were well stocked and maintained 5. Checking out early is not an issue (I wanted to check out at 3 am); the keys just need to be left on the door and that's it 6. The room's panel heater worked great, although heated a little slow at times 7. VAT invoice was provided upon request P.S.: The owner, Ruel, is pretty cool. Don't fret if he doesn't reply to you on the platform. You can either call him or message him on WhatsApp but make sure you speak in or translate the text to German, else you most probably won't get a response. (Google Translate for the win!) The caretaker is super friendly! She was very helpful in resolving a small issue I had faced. She speaks either Spanish or German.

The bed was a bit squeaky, but comfy nevertheless.

Staff very unfriendly, not answering questions and not able to communicate.

I came earlier than expected but the caretaker came and opened the building for me. My messages via bookings did get ignored so make sure you call them in advance. Room and location is exactly what you get from the pictures.

It was warm & clean, and the bed was comfy.

The number of bedrooms was too high for the number of toilet/showers.

Well equipped, and set up. the rooms are small, but they did a good job of arranging everything so that the space is usable. the communal kitchens and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained.

the bed was on the small side, and although it seemed new, the not the most comfortable.

Quality/price ratio was very good. For the price I paid I got everything that was written on the website: a clean room, a common kitchen and shared bathrooms with showers.

The only way to get the keys is to call a German number. This might be an issue for non-EU people.

The personell was very nice and helpful.
