We had a great time staying at Bill’s house on North Topsail Beach. The house and location were perfect for our family vacation. Our extended family joined us from NY and MA. They were amazed how warm and relaxing the water was. No one wanted to get out! We would love to return in the future.

We had another great year at Bill’s beach house! He added a keyless lock which makes check-in and coming/going a breeze. The house was clean and kitchen was stocked. If you are coming, wait to buy condiments until you check the fridge. There are always plenty left. The house is just across from the beach, so the walk is super short- no need for shoes. We love the cross over right at this house, the beach is always quiet. This year there was even an awesome tide pool that formed at low tide so the kids and adults could just relax in the water. It was like being on the Gulf Coast! All in all it is a PERFECT location. There is a produce stand a few blocks down (Andrews) with great veggies and fruits for the week. The house also has a great outdoor shower and foot washing place. There are also two grills that both worked perfectly. The real stunner of this house is the decks! You can’t beat the double decks with plenty of seating. And the Polywood furniture is so nice! The living room and dining room had plenty of room for all 8 of us throughout the week. The living room also had an HDMI cable already plugged into the TV (not sure if someone left it or it belongs there) so it was SO simple to hook up the Switch for the kids to play all week. I highly recommend this house and the owner! He is so responsive! Thanks for another great vacation!

The Never Ending View property was all it was billed to be. It contains all the conveniences needed for a wonderful stay, it is in a great location and it felt just like home. Bill, the owner, was very helpful in creating an easy check in process as well as providing guidance to what we needed to bring for our stay. His responses to questions were answered promptly. He made us feel like welcomed guests. We are already discussing plans to book next summer. I can’t imagine why I would want to stay elsewhere.

House was very well maintained, had just about everything we needed, and fit our group of 7 perfectly. We've been to Topsail many times, and this place will stay on our radar for future stays.

We loved the house and the recent updates to the property. We had no issues during our stay and our only complaint is the comfort of the a couple of the beds. Overall we enjoyed our stay, N. Topsail is quiet and relaxed and the beach was perfect.

Bill has an amazing home here, and it is hard to pick just a few things to brag about! First, Bill's communication prior to us checking in was fast and complete. He answered all of our questions quickly, down to the smallest ones, like - what type of coffee pot is in the kitchen? [answer - Keurig and traditional] And how many beach chairs are there? [answer - four]. Communication is SO important and his was OUTSTANDING. We also had a couple of questions while there and he answered those too! Seriously - it couldn't have been better! The next thing that I think is SO important is the cleanliness of the house. Every room was spotless! All bedrooms, living rooms, dining room, kitchens, and bathrooms were spotless AND sand free. I'm not even sure how it is possible to be sand free directly on the beach. The exterminator came by while we were there to treat the house - which is another positive thing! No bugs here!! And then there is EVERYTHING else so great about this home! It comfortably fit all six adults and two kids for sleeping, cooking, dinner, TV time, and balcony relaxing! It had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking - and we cooked all seven nights we were there! There are two grills and we used both - both worked perfectly! The furniture is also top notch. The beds are comfortable and the living room furniture is really comfy too! The dining table and chairs are also SO great - I honestly would LOVE to have this table and chairs in my home! It is decorated so nicely and stocked with tons of games! We already rebooked for next year, we're in love with this home and will be regulars!

We had 7 adults on this trip. We had plenty of room! The short walk to the beach was great for our 70+ year Old parents! The views were amazing from the decks! The owner was quick to answer every question we had! The house was clean! It was a wonderful week!

The house was clean, the weather was great, we were able to have our family together and relax. The fishing is also great. No complaints!

This property far exceeded our expectations, which were already quite high. We've been coming to Topsail for over 15 years and this was the best property, check-in experience, and overall fit for our family that we've ever had. Never Ending View is an appropriate name for this fantastic property. From the upper decks, front and back, the views are spectacular. The deck furniture allows you to enjoy your coffee and bagels for breakfast, while watching the waves roll in. The Beach is truly as close as it looks in the picture. This property is clean and well maintained. It's like I walked into a "friends" home for the week. The kitchen is well stocked and the Man-Cave (first floor bedroom) allowed the kids a place to watch movies and have some down time. Bill was very easy to work with and responsive to our questions prior to arrival. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to spend time with family and friends ! We will be back !!!

This is a beautiful house with wonderful views. It is well equipped and well maintained. It is a great place to sit on the deck enjoy the breeze and watch the ocean and the beach activity. It also has easy access to the beach. Had a wonderful family vacation. Hope to come again!!

This was our second year in a row to vacation in North Topsail Beach, our first at Never-Ending View. The house was perfect for our family of ten, enough space for everyone to gather together and to spread out. The multiple deck chairs on the top floor gave us hours of viewing the family on the beach during the day and relaxing, hearing the ocean at night. The home is beautiful, well-designed and well-maintained. Outdoor gas grill is large; island in kitchen made fixing meals with multiple people helping easy; two levels of decks to view the ocean; plenty of drawer and closet space in each bedroom; the small road between the house and beach has very little traffic and we felt comfortable with the kids going back and forth. Our drive was 15+ hours, but well worth it to vacation in this beautiful home and beach. Ro & Gary Kiefer and Family p.s. Thank you to Gary and friends that left us their flowers to enjoy. Our stay at your home was great. The commendations are the best we have every seen. Your home is beautiful, each room was decorated with taste, right down to the color of the paint you chose. We hope our schedule will work out next year that we can visit your home again. I had got my Wife Teresa a large arrangement of flowers for our anniversary and they still looked great when we left, so we left them on the table so the next guest could enjoy them. Thank you! The rental has everything you need to be comfortable away from home. The owners are great to work with. The views truly are never ending.
