The staff were really lovely here. The pool was really cool with a great view and the property is very close to some lovely restaurants and a gorgeous beach.

The room felt very tired - just a bit unloved really and there were quite a lot of mosquitos about. There was too much chlorine in the pool which affected our kids' eyes. I suspect that we might have been in one of the older villas and that some of the others might have better views and be a bit more updated.

We enjoyed having a villa together, a place to hang out. The beautiful beach was a few.mijutes walk, nice enough restaurants around to enjoy, staff delightful and very helpful .

Few more pots and pans, kitchen utensils would be nice Hooks to hang towels!

Very very nice property. The villas are well-appointed and carry a nice balance between traditional/simple and comfort. We were able to park our car right outside. Super comfortable beds, good aircon, cooking facilities (that we didn't use), good bathrooms, and large baths. Also fantastic views out over the ocean, even from the lovely pool. Brilliant position, only 5 minutes walk from the beach and some good eating choices (even in a Covid low season). They were obviously in low season mode but there was always someone available and on the spot when we needed them.

There was nothing "I didn't like" but there are things to be aware of. The design of the villas means that if there are early morning bouncy families then you can hear them pretty clearly. The restaurant was closed (which I feel should have been mentioned) although you can order from the room service menu and eat at the villa which is a nice compromise. I also feel that the fact that the bedrooms are, in effect, in different buildings (with separate keys and such) should be clear. You can secure the separate room very easily and I think it is a positive design feature overall, but as we were travelling with a two-year-old it would very definitely have been something I would have liked to have known. But, it would not have stopped me booking and It's nothing a baby monitor can't take care of, but worth noting for families.

Nice two-bedroom villa. Both bedrooms had own aircondition. Very good beds. Beautiful views from upper parts of resort. Resort arranged our transportations very well. Quiet place.

Our villa did not have so nice view as upper located ones. Breakfast basic ok but could be more variable.

The hotel was just great. The staff was so friendly and helpful, we really felt welcomed and like they were happy we were there. When we were contemplating a trip to the beach, the chauffeur saw us and offered to take us to his favorite spot, which was a short drive away, and very calm and secluded. We ordered room service one evening, and the quality and prices were good, plus it was enjoyable to sit on the balcony and eat quietly without going anywhere. In the morning we ate breakfast by the pool, the menu was extensive and delicious - muesli and fresh fruits with yogurt, French toast, smoothies, eggs, etc. We loved spending time by the pool, and also walked daily to the beach, for a snorkeling tour, a bite to eat in one of the nearby restaurants, etc. Each one of us got a Thai Massage at a nearby location that was outstanding, even the kids loved the "soft" version. Even though it was high tourist season, and the resort was booked full, the hotel never felt crowded. We had two bedrooms, our own little home away from home. It was a great getaway. And I will say again that the staff is outstanding. They really made it a great experience.

There really isn't anything that we didn't like. The little quirks or misunderstandings are just part of being on vacation in a different country/culture, and make it more memorable. It's a holiday - no stress.

I would hereby like to clarify various confusing reviews of this hotel. I was myself quite surprised by couple negative reviews 1. The accommodation IS clean. The is absolutely no rubbish in the hotel premises. Yes, the is rubbish on the way to the main street, but this is Thailand. 2. The is absolutely no bad smell in the hotel or around pool. If you smell anything, it comes from somewhere else. 3. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and room cleaning is done every day. 4. Yes, there are bugs and flies and lizards in the premises, but wake up. You are in the nature, this hotel is located on the edge of the national park, so how can you stop the bugs from coming to your balcony? You can see small ants in the kitchen or in the bathroom, but it is nothing serious, no cockroaches, no big bugs. 5. Yes, the hill to the villas from the reception is steep. But it is also written in the hotel description and if you want that view on the picture, you have to walk a bit. If you are unable to walk, I believe the staff will help you, as they move around the hotel on motorbikes.

The aircon is only in the bedroom, in the living room and the kitchen there is only a fan. The pool bar sometimes closes very soon. The bathroom - this is message towards the hotel management. We had absolutely no problem with the bathroom, but if you don’t want to get negative reviews in the future, please do something with it. It needs to be redone. To sum up, we loved our stay, it is really a nice place. Minor details. If you are in a good mood and spending holidays with someone you love, you will not notice any of those minor details.
