La zona dove si trova l'hotel è fatiscente, il bagno è piccolo e poco funzionale. Il Condizionatore split molto rumoroso. La colazione viene servita in un bar esterno, include solo caffè e croissant, per i bambini ci è stata addebitata la differenza del costo dei succhi !

The overall experience, it was very easy to comunicate with the staff via whatsapp. The room was great, split level with small cooking area.

Booking stated 2 beds but there was only one, which did not appear to be 2 beds pushed together. Fortuantly there was only two people for two nights, so did not massively effect us. The room can be noisy from the hotel lobby, with people entering/exiting and the receptuon area.

Great stay in Foggia and centrally located to restaurants and the train station. Room was comfortable, very spacious and super clean. The architecture inside was very interesting, although the glass floor outside our door made me pause everytime we left the room. Thank you to the kind staff who accommodated us by providing a safe place for our bicycles and opened it up everytime we left and returned during our stay. As well, to the cleaning staff that worked around all our biking gear spread out across our room. Grazie!

I know there was a language gap with our very limited Italian. It would have been great to have a listing of the spa services, like a menu, in the room to know what services were available to guests. As well, to know about the shared kitchen/refrigerator that was available. We discovered this on our own.

The room had all the facilities you need, the double bed was very comfortable, and it was reasonably close to the centre.

The WiFi was very slow, nearly unusable. The door to the apartment has no sound proofing at all, and you could most of what was happening outside the room, and you could assume you didn't have a lot of privacy.

Italians seem to make excellent (firm beds) always. Sleep was disrupted though as the AC didn’t come through to the bedroom?! Shame. The interior was typical excellent ‘Italian designer’ style. Shower cubicle/sanitary wear to the usual high standard. Decorated well throughout. But let down by attention to detail! It was more like a mini apartment than a B&B. If you were staying relatively long term, then great. Had a dishwasher/Hob/microwave & small washing machine. Couldn’t open the top slide drawer to the washing machine as it was too ‘tight’ to underside of kitchen worktop. Who ever got the contract for the ‘White goods’ installation hadn’t specified sizing etc. correctly. Little thing like that sadly disappointed!

Great location, wonderful and very helpful staff, cosy and clean rooms. What more could you want? Typical Italian breakfast in a very nice cafe nearby.

A small fridge in the rooms would be extremely welcome. There is one big for guests on the first floor, though.
