They were very informative and the facilities provided (breakfast on the patio, local food provided, information on local and regional places of interest) were second to none. We can recommend Villa Caroline most highly based on our experience. We can't wait to go back there again :=) !

Host - very helpful and friendly. Room gorgeous and kitchen facilities were a bonus. Breakfast on the terrace was very nice, especially with Mario's Spanish version of Bruschetta!

Mario was an exceptional host who delivered exceptional service. The setting and variety of breakfast were top notch! The communal kitchen had everything and more that we needed. We wished we could have stayed longer, but had a last minute change in plans and could only stay one night. Merci Mario!

This is the perfect location to visit the beautiful city of Albi. Just tucked across the river, opposite the Cathedral and so quiet at night. The house is immaculate and very well decorated. Our host, Mario, offered us a wonderful breakfast with homemade produce and he took time to talk to us.

Mario was an excellent host. He spent quite some time answering our questions and sharing information. Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Albi!

I absolutely loved Villa Carolina. It is a very pretty and stylish home, with everything you need available. Mario made me feel at home and also gave me a lot of tips for things in Albi and surroundings. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Very nice rooms, spacious enough to easily fit 2 adults and a baby. Tasteful interior design. Comfortable nights during hot summer thanks to the airconditioning. Nice, peaceful balcony overviewing the old-cities skyline perfect for a relaxing aperitif or romantic pic-nic dinner. Above all a super friendly hosting family, that makes you feel welcome straight away!! We enjoyed our stay a lot and like to come back one day. It makes your stay at stunning Albi unforgettable!!

Only thing that would have improved our stay is ability to pay via credit/debit card either through booking.com or directly at hotel.

Villa Caroline is a very nice place, tastefully decorated, in a calm area with great view and within walking distance of the old town through the old bridge. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with crusty baguette, croissants and a variety of pastries and hot drinks. Fresh orange juice, home made jam and choice of yoghurt and fruit. Mario is an excellent host, kind, attentive and helpful. We highly recommend Villa Caroline.

We loved this house and the sensitive way it had been renovated and decorated. The bedroom was large and airy with a great en-suite, Mario was excellent at communicating before we arrived and very charming and attentive when we were there. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely.
