Places infested with roaches all over the place and extremely moldy place. Half the locks in the rooms and bathrooms don't work two out of the advertised amount of beds were broken. In our visit the whole time the AC was broke until the very last day. The company managing the facility is Bryant real estate. They are not any good either I've had three experiences with them first one was really good second time they were average and this time they were complete s***. They don't get any work done. You can tell him anything and they just ignore it. Planning to do a court case against them right now.

Overall, the location and size of this rental unit was excellent. The beach is gorgeous and the bars/restaurants nearby are really great. Having 4 full bathrooms attached to each bedroom was awesome. But I have 3 recommendations: 1) I called the management office on the evening I arrived asking for blankets for two of the beds that didn't have a quilt or blanket. Those two beds had a sheet-thin duvet cover but no comforter/quilt inside the duvet. There were no spare blankets in the closets of the 4 bedrooms. I left a voicemail with my name/phone/location... but they never called me back. We were there for 4 nights. We had cool rainy nights and were cold at night. 2) The toilet in the back bedroom where I slept had so much rust on it that it looked unclean, even if it was just cleaned before our arrival. It's hard to make rust look clean. There are rails attached (the kind that help elderly sit/stand) and this attachment is where the rust has grown. It looks like it's been there awhile. 3) There is only one way in and out of the unit and it's through the garage. The garage had big roach-like bugs inside that made my teenagers scream. Thankfully, no bugs were in the unit but my kids dreaded going in and out that way.

Great location for a a girls weekend away!

Location is really convenient for walking to Wrightsville Beach amenities. The home offers basic amenities. However the beds and furniture are worn out. Towel bars and cabinets unstable/ falling from the wall.. Garage door opener inconsistently reliable.

A blaring TV from the owners' unit upstairs was almost constant during our stay, making it very hard to sleep both in the morning and late-night. The TV sounds like it is in the unit with you, even though it is upstairs. We contacted the property manager right away, and they were very nice, saying they would talk with the owner. But nothing changed. We got so little sleep that we were concerned about being able to drive home safely. Other than that, the property was nice - it is close to the beach (about a block), and the hot tub worked fine. The unit is also walking distance to good restaurants. However, since we thought that we were renting a place to sleep at Wrightsville Beach, and we couldn't sleep a full night during our whole stay, we cannot recommend this property.

Such a convenient location in WB! House was beautiful and hot tub was awesome. Having to bring your own paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc was not convenient but overall a great experience.

The weekend was full of stories, food, beach and relaxation! I would recommend this condo to anyone. Walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants.

We had two families share this rental. Close to the beach and restaurants. Parking convenient at the rental (everywhere else is pay to park). Good options for beach and bay. Safe and secure with lots of options for exercise and activities.

Amazing location! Porches are perfect. After booking, we were told we needed to provide all linens (sheets, towels, etc) as well as other basics which we found surprising . Checkout is at 10 which is also unusual.

Our friends and family enjoyed the communal spaces and the porches. Sunsets off of the back porch are beautiful. Kitchen is very well stocked for those who like to cook and we do. It was nice not to have to need our personal items. There were some issues with the rental that were taken care of readily and we appreciated the responsive service.

HUGE 4BR, 4BA; perfect for our Modern Family of 7, plus one tag along (2 Adults, 6 kids) everyone had their own bed and bathroom. ICW/Harbor Island view was great to wake to; beach just a few steps away; and awesome location to downtown WB shopping, bars, restaurants. GREAT family vacation spot.

Reviewer Comments: Our original selection was cancelled due to "late construction" being completed. Needless to say we were quite upset. The property we settled with was more expensive, but was not clean as we expected. There were stains on the carpeting in most rooms, dirty quilts on the beds, stains on the curtains in the Master bedroom and the Master bathroom was dirty. The kitchen floor was dirty. The unit was nicely decorated, but a complete cleaning of the unit is warranted. The owners were pleasant, however their TV was loud and we heard alot of noise from upstairs in the evening. We shared a garage and on several occasions, they neglected to close their side of the garage door and left the doors to the unit unlocked. I would go downstairs several time in the evening before retiring to double check the unit was safe! It made me uncomfortable and unsafe.

The accommodations were comfortable and contained all of the amenities needed for a weekend stay. Spacious garage for two vehicles plus one extra vehicle on the driveway. Large kitchen area with all the needed items for preparing/serving meals. New grill on the back deck! Sleeping conditions were plentiful; loved eating breakfast on the front porch listening to the waves crash (obstructed view of the ocean was fine). The hot tub was awesome too. Overall, an excellent rental that met my needs for the weekend without breaking the bank. THANK YOU!
