- apartment not cleaned properly - not enough parking spaces - staff was not helpful when someone blocked my car - no acoustic isolation between apartments

did not have any hot water. no WiFi. when informed the staff they had a big attitude and weren’t helpful

Apartments where nice and clean, towels and kitchen utensils provided, only downside was our view was facing another building rather then mountains other than that all great.

If the apartment facing another building you missing out on the great mountain views. Only one small lift in the building used by guests and staff making it long wait for the lift if your apartment is on high level floors.

The apartament was quite spatious. The room was warm and clean. The view from the window was beautiful. There was no problem with checking in and out. The staff was very nice when meet in person.

There was no WiFi, no option to buy breakfast. The service I talked on the phone was a bit rude.

the appartments are big enough and relatively well equipped, they were clean and spacious. There were 2 big wardrobes, so you can easily fit all your gear. The place accepts dogs, which was an absolute must for us, great! The number of parking spots was limited, but somehow we always found one at the end.

- the temperature and the pressure of the water while showering were a nightmare, going from ultra-hot to cold in a matter of seconds. My kid almost burned herself... - kitchenware could be improved - e.g. only two dishwasher tablets provided and we stayed the entire week. The pan was so big, you couldn't fit any other pot on the electric stove - there could be more lifts in the building, but well - that can't be improved anymore - bare in mind that there's ~40 minutes walk one-way to reach the city centre and not much to do around. So if you want to grab some beers and not come back by car, you have to be ready for a hike
