This home was amazing! Everything was clean. The home decor was cute and appropriate! There were ample amenities, such as towels, hand soap, quality toilet paper and paper towels, and dish soap, etc. The bed linens were clean, fresh, and soft. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing and fun vacation. Just a one block walk to the beach. We loved the mini pool table and racquetball table. We also loved the Roku TV! There was also a closet full of books for lazy beach reading! The host was very friendly and readily available in case we needed anything. I really believe this host put great thought into what a guest would need while on vacation and it was provided. I can’t say enough about our stay. We will definitely want to stay here again in the future!

A wonderful house for a "girls trip" to celebrate our 60s! Owner is very responsive. House is nicely decorated with lots of amenities. Heated pool with spa jets perfect for cool January weather. Location can't be beat, 1 block from beach access, 4-5 blocks from Ocean Blvd with all the Siesta Key village restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this house!

The house is absolutely five stars. Cheryl is very responsive and the house is lovely. The heated pool is very private and all the bedrooms are very nice. The overall home is well designed, spacious and in a great location. It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and a ten minute walk into town. We will definitely stay there again as everyone gave the home a big thumbs up (and we have a very skeptical, critical family)

We have stayed at many rentals. This one far exceeded my expectations and couldn’t have gone any more smoother for our family as we celebrated my parents 70th birthdays. My mother is often hard to please and she just couldn’t stop talking about how practical, clean, and nice the rental was. We had 2 kids, one just shy of 2 y.o. We were terrified of what we thought were wine glasses at the bottom of of portable wine counter top. It turned out to be all plastic. This place was not only beautifully decorated, but kid friendly. It was a chilly week, so the heated pool made up for it. My kids had a blast!

My friend group of five traveled from the West Coast and the Northeast to meet for four days in Sarasota. We were not disappointed with the property or location. Although not exactly right across from the beach access, the beach and the village were both walkable. The property was well appointed and well cared for. The owners were fabulous in their communications and responsiveness. We would be happy to return.

Drop your shoes and relax at this cute getaway! You won’t need much! Pool is great and beaches are wonderful! So much nearby for nightlife and restaurants! Host is very accommodating and goes above and beyond!

We had the BEST time at this VRBO. Everything is super updated, clean, and bright. It's just the perfect beach home for a family or group of friends to stay in. The beach is quite literally across the street, and the owners have set it up so you have everything you could possibly want to take to the beach with the convenience of a beach cart. You are also very close to the shops in Siesta Key, and they are easily within walking distance. The pool guy and the yard workers came while we were there and they were both super friendly! We would love to come back and stay in this house again. Would recommend to anyone!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Cheryl’s cottage. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and the pool was a major plus and larger than I expected . The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again

Cheryl is an experienced host who literally "thinks of everything" guests might want or need. The single bedroom with the barn door off the large living room was perfect for the 2 1/2 year old who recently transitioned out of a crib. The kitchen was well equipped and the thoughtful "welcome" coffee packets were appreciated. The main suite is huge and was welcome respite for tired grandparents. There are plenty of restaurants and diversions in town, just a few minutes of walking away. We had one day of very loud construction noise across the street (large home being built) and Cheryl handled the situation very professionally, including speaking to the developer. Fortunately that level of noise was just that one day! We highly recommend!

This was the perfect house. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the location was amazing: easy walk right to the best beach we’ve ever been to. Plus they had a really nice pool, and beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and carts to take to the beach. We will be staying again!

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Palm Cottage! The house is beautiful and cozy. The location is great! We did a short girls trip to the area will definitely be coming back and will definitely see if this cottage is available! Highly recommended. The owner is very responsive.

This house and location was an extremely low key and relaxing vacation for us. We had two 17 year olds, 77 year old Dad and my wife and I in our upper 40’s. Very spacious and we literally stayed in the pool for hours everyday just hanging out. A quick walk to the beach or village amd plenty to do for all! Any questions or issues were addressed right away! Great attention to their renters needs! Would book again!

Short walk to Beach and Village. Property manager very attentive to our needs. The 4th bedroom is more of a small sun room off the living room providing access to the pool. The 3rd bedroom was quite small as was its bathroom and closet. All other rooms were roomy and comfortable. The Master bedroom was amazing!

We came to Siesta Key from out of town. We are regulars to the area for vacations. Never have we ever experienced what we have with this company. The house was cute…pool is warm but not as hot as many in the area. We followed the instructions to report issues with the house if there are any. Well, after having groceries in the refrigerator for 4 hours, the temperature had crept up to over 50 degrees. We contacted the renter who told us to get ahold of VRBO, and that we shouldn’t stay in a house without a working fridge, and we would get a full refund. The renter did not give us a full refund, and we spent a day of our vacation trying to find a new place to stay. Beware of renting through this rental company.

From day one (through five), our experience was stellar. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and on an avenue away from street traffic but so close to the ocean and shops. The property manager was always available and helpful with any questions we had. My friends and I would 100% stay here again, and we LOVED our inaugural visit to Siesta Key!

Only bad side was no internet all weekend and that seriously affected a friend who had some work to deal with. The person I reached out to never replied so I can only assume he didn’t receive my text for some weird reason.
