The location of the property is great, everything is very close to it. The apartment itself was very nice. The balcony was great.
The mattresses should be changed - in the middle they are quite deepened.
The dishes were not really clean, when we arrived.
The wardrobe in the bedroom has got slide doors that tend to fall out almost every time whenever used.

The location is sooper .. the apartment clean and sooper .. google maps doesn’t give you the correct walking directions from one of the closest bus stops .. so please check that .. and firmer pillows would make the place perfect !!

The location was very good, I liked the atmosphere around the building. It was clean. I wish washing clothes was cheaper since it costed 12 Euros but it’s ok. I will be back to the same location for sure again. We rent agents were so professional.

Clean room, comfy bed.
The check in process was awful. We had to find a separate location to get the keys, then the keys were meant to be at the room but were not. These f8nally were found then once we finally got inside the bedding had not been finished be8ng made so we had to contact t the girl yet again to get this rectified. There was no coffee or tea, shampoos etc. Would not stay again.

the apartment and facilities were good.
although i paid the full amount in booking., the office did not give me the key unless i pay €200 as a deposit which they suppose to refund within 24 hours. When we checked out they refuse to refund the deposit unless i rate them with 10 stars. until i am writing this review i did not get it.
For the guest card which allows me to use transportation for free, it took them two days to send it to me

Comfortable, nice, spacious, clean apartment. Equipped with everything we needed. Ski slopes nearby. I highly recommended it to everyone.

Very clean and comfortable room.. The photos on booking.com 100% reflect what we found. Fully equipped kitchenette. Sauna available everyday, Bus stop in front of the building entrance. The ski bus ran on limited days but you could take another bus to the ski bus. Very nice owner, told us the history of the house and family. House located in a quieter part of Zell am see but it depends on who prefers what.
