Dieses Anwesen ist ein charmantes Haus an der Kanalfront, das mit einem leichten, luftigen Florida Keys-Flair neu renoviert wurde. Es liegt an einem Kanal direkt am Tavernier Creek und bietet schnellen und einfachen Zugang zur Bucht und zum Meer. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer im Obergeschoss sowie eine neu renovierte Küche und einen großen Wohnbereich im Obergeschoss. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und Glasschiebetüren, die zum Pooldeck führen. Dieses Haus ist einzigartig, da sich der Pool im zweiten Stock befindet. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (Queen-Bett und Twin / Full Bunk Room) sowie ein Vollbad und Küche / Wohnbereich. Wäscherei vor Ort. Es gibt einen neu gestalteten, großen Garten mit einem 65'-Dock, das das Grundstück überspannt. Es gibt Parkplätze für Wohnwagen vor Ort. Das Haus ist auch mit WIFI und einer Eismaschine ausgestattet. Die Betten sind mit einem King-Size-Bett im Obergeschoss und einem Twin-Size-Bett im Obergeschoss ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Zimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und ein Doppel- / Schlafraum.

This house is ideally located - quick, easy access to both deep sea and the bay by water; 5 mins from grocery, liquor and drug stores; central to numerous good restaurants and public parks. The house does need some attention - not near enough hot water -less than two showers before it’s cold; gates, patio umbrella, internet, sound system, bunk room TVs and clothes drier weren’t working when we arrived but the owner was at least able to reconnect the internet and speakers before we left. Parking is TIGHT if you have a truck or SUV and if you have a trailer for a boat - even more so. The layout is fun but there is no dining table inside or out.

This is a great property! In a great location. One of the interesting, different and enjoyable aspects is the beautiful mature trees and landscaping. Also, with the pool on the second floor, the trees are more on your level rather than being above you and it makes it super nice. We will definitely go back if possible....

Wonderful home. Great location. Was able to be picked up at dock for our fishing trip. Weather was perfect. Lots of great restaurants and things to do!

We had a mini vacation/school winter break with family to Islamorada. It was our first time to this part of the Fla Keys. The property is centrally located; close to all of our scheduled activities. The property is located on a canal. The grounds were really pretty. Disappointed to see all the political banners in the neighborhood; but nothing that the owner can do about that. The home has a separate apartment on the lower level which my son enjoyed. The main kitchen needs to be restocked (blender, mixer, serving & mixing bowls, storage containers). A home manual would also be really helpful with tv instructions, emergency information, local stores, restaurants, & theaters, schedule of weekly service providers so you know when a service provider is scheduled to be at the home. We had service people come three days out of our five day stay, and didn't know until we saw them in the yard. The owners were quickly responsive to issues that arrived during our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and relaxing by the pool.

This home had an awesome layout for our group. Quick easy access to gulf and Atlantic. Home was very clean and owners are very responsive and helpful. Whenever we return to the Tavernier / Islamorada are we will definitely check with owners on availability before anyone else.

My family & I enjoyed our stay! The highlights of this home include the short distance to the dock, which was very important to us with all of our heavy dive gear. The pool was a hit with the kids & adults also enjoyed on days we couldn't get in the boat. Most importantly the home is very kid friendly. I appreciate the gates & added security. This home also came with a large washer & dryer(also important for a big family!). Manny & his wife we're very attentive! We had a few issues during a stay & they were quick to respond & take appropriate action. Without a doubt we will be back! Thanks again Manny & Astrith

The owners, Andy and Emily were wonderful and we are so looking forward to vacationing there again in Summer 2020!! We will definitely be back!! Great family vacation
We have stayed in many properties in the keys and this home is at the top of the list. Very comfortable, great location, and all the extra's an active family that loves to boat and fish will need. The ice machine is awesome. Lots of hoses for the boat. Great private pool. Owners are very responsive, great people and easy to work with. Tavernier creek location is close to great fishing, bait, gas, etc. We plan to return.

Great Location - Great Property
Spent the month of May at this property and really enjoyed it. Location cannot be beat for access to water . Landscaping and uplighting is unique for the Keys - very enjoyable. Pool on the 2nd floor provides for privacy and nice views. Owners were quick to answer questions and resolve issues. Downstairs apartment provides nice privacy.

This vacation home is the perfect get away! It is centrally located, the homes layout is perfect for families and friends vacationing together. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. Andy and Emily are the best! they are very understanding, organized and helpful. Highly recommend this beautiful family home!

The best spot in the keys!
We visit the keys multiple times have stayed at many different spots, we have stayed here a couple times and this is by far the best spot in the keys!
This is a very convenient place both the location being close to the grocery store, restaurants, marinas, etc. It is right on the inner coastal that is a short ride to bay side or ocean side if by boat.
The house has many different amenities the convienece of the pool right out the living room on the second floor, multiple TVS on the deck, and awesome landscaping make it an ultimate set up for spending time outdoors.
The house is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms upstairs, and the apartment downstairs. Very clean with cute decor! The owner is always easy to reach and is in constant communication, I could not think of a single complaint!!

This home is truly beautiful from top to bottom inside and out. The unique outdoor touches really set this home apart from the rest.
The dockage and ocean access is second to none.
Landscaping is amazing. The outdoor living areas are a great touch.
I have stayed in many places in the keys, some good, some not so good. This is one of the best!
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!!!!
My husband and I have vacationed every year in the Keys for the last 19 years and have to say that this house by far was the BEST! The location, the amenities and the house itself were perfect. The swimming pool on the upper floor with the views was awesome and such a nice treat after a long day offshore fishing. Everything in the home was so comfortable and the fact that there are 3 fridges in the house was super convenient. The landscaping is beautiful but at night when the lights come on it is even more amazing and peaceful. BEST house in the Keys yet! Looking forward to next year!

Amazing place
The Keys are awesome and this home made it even better. I was only there for a short time and I enjoyed every moment. There is everything you need in this home including a huge dock and second floor pool. So cool. I cant wait to book my next trip.

Epic Keys Home for Families
My wife and I and our two children, who are 9 and 14 years old, just spent an amazing week at this home. The second story pool was a blast, keeping everyone close and safe while we were hanging out. The canal is very close to the Tavernier creek so it is clean and perfect for swimming. The kids fished for snappers and caught lobster right at the dock. We cannot wait to come back for our next. This is the best home we have stayed in 6 years of visits to islamorada!
