Great stay!

Love the house , beautiful location ,very clean, the owner responsive on all the questions I gave him , will come here again, And again, and my son being 15 loved it he could not get enough of the beauty of the house and the forest that was all around us .

We enjoyed our time here. It was comfortable; lots of amenities; updated. Great location for heading up to Snowbowl. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stary in Naughty Pine was wonderful in every way!

I can't express how comfortable and magical our stay was, from all the necessities to the coziness and warmth while we received 12 in. of snow outside. Looking forward to a summertime stay! Communication with Owner was great!

I think overall great. Only thing to be aware of, you have 2 master bedrooms with king beds. Then you have 2 more beds that are not part of any room (not completely private).

The home is beautiful and is tucked up the road and away from traffic. It is beautifully decorated and has a very rustic feel to it. I don't think the photos truly do it justice. We will look to rent this home again.

We stayed here for a week with another couple. The two bedrooms are spacious and the upstairs has its own bathroom, the main floor bathroom also serves as the guest bathroom but with just 2 couples we each had our own, which was perfect. The cabin has everything we needed for food prep. The covered deck was a highlight. It rained, or threatened to rain, every day we were there but still being able to sit outside and play games, talk, and have a drink was perfect. The way the deck is situated you can only see one house next to you, but only saw people there once or twice outside with their dog, and the deck is on the ‘elevated’ main level so even when they were out with their dog we didn’t really see them. Cabin is on the main road which isn’t bad - not a lot of traffic, but on weekends it can get loud with all the side-by-sides coming and going from the trailhead. They’re actually there every day but of course weekends were much busier. The side-by-sides (Razors, Gators, etc) are quite loud but if you’re up there with your own, this won’t bother you - and the trailhead is just up the street. Also, the owners were great! Responded quickly to a couple of minor questions and even had the trash service come pick up on an unscheduled day because it was forgotten the week before. All in all it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this cabin.

The cabin is perfect for a cool get-away from the Phoenix heat! The cabin is in a perfect location with a huge covered deck. The owners are super, responding quickly with answers to a few questions. We are a 3 time visitor and will be back again. Sambolini from Sun City West, AZ

We really had a wonderful time at Jerry and Susan's home! It was perfect for my wife and me and our long-time friends. It was our home-base as we enjoyed Sedona for the week. The only 'very minor' issue is that it is about a 45-50 minute drive in to Sedona. Frankly, many people would consider that a benefit and I really didn't mind the drive but also think it is important to realize it will take a little time to get to and from Sedona each day. Communication was excellent and they went out of their way to make sure things were going well for us. Jerry and Susan shine as hosts. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us … many memories were made and we will definitely return if we go to Sedona again!

The property is excellently described and just like the photos. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The owners were fantastic and let us arrive a little early so we could enjoy the snow, which was greatly appreciated after driving several hours to get to the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Spent our 1st wedding anniversary in this beautiful cozy cabin! Jerry was amazing in communicating with us and helping with any questions! Cabin is well stock with essentials and the cleaning staff had the cabin sparkling! Already planning for another trip :)

My brother and I have not had a Thanksgiving together for at least 35 years. We live far from each other, and I absolutely love my sister in law and brother so we knew it was time. My husband , myself and those two had the best Thanksgiving ever. Thank you again

We literally had everything we could have wished for supplied with the unit without having to run out for the little things as one often does while traveling. There were 2 couples in our group and we had plenty of room for hanging out together in the evenings, as well as still having our own private spaces for overnight. The deck has a beautiful view, multiple seating areas, and plenty of space for games, outdoor dining, or just hanging out over coffee to start and end each day. The drive to Flagstaff goes very quickly, but we spent most of our time enjoying Sedona and all that it has to offer, both in town, as well as up Oak Creek Canyon and the other hiking and site-seeing areas that abound. At the end of each day it was a beautiful drive to return to Munds Park for a nightly movie, games, and just enjoying the company of friends/family at Naughty Pines. Well done Jerry & Susan! (and thank you for a WONDERFUL week!)

We loved everything about this place the minute we walked into the house. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming. All comforts were met, all appliances were clean and new. Our hosts provided anything needed. Highly recommend.

A great escape from the Phoenix heat. Cool and enjoyable little community Munds Park. Saw a great July 3 and 4th parade. Lots of patriotism on display. Loved it. Cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed, especially the covered deck. Loved it. Sambolini
