Great place in a perfect location. Neil was really communicative and helpful right up until the stay, and the apartment was perfectly prepped with everything we needed. It also comfortably slept 6 and was easy to find and park. Would definitely recommend

Having parking and its a good point to go either way when venturing out. It had a washing machine which was handy, 2 bedrooms, a small view out the loungeroom windows.
Sad to say, we have paid the same money for other places and got amazing this place was not that. There was mould in both bathrooms, depression in the floor that were covered over with carpet, thought we would step through below I understand remodelling but some was going on at the front which wasnt appealing and had to walk around it. Think the place needs to be updated. I didn't like the double mattress felt like a brick but the singles beds were better.

Great facilities, convenient location (within walking distance to shops restaurants and train station) - kids wanted to move in!
Proper kitchen and washing machine were very handy, bedrooms were clean and comfortable our only regret was that we didn't book a longer stay.
We would absolutely stay again if we are ever in Scotland again.

The doble room is very small. You don't have space to put the laggage.

The appartments are located near a river. The kitchen in the basement appartment was well equipped. The washing machine is a big plus. The basement appartment has time based heating so you can programme day and time of heating, e.g. to heat the appartment 1 hour before you return from your daytrip. The kitchen has basically everything you need and even some basic stock of food.
We booked the apartment bascially as it has a rating over 9 out of 300 ratings and the appartment should have a garden view. There is a major difference when you book the basement appartment (1) compared to the other ones: From the basement appartment living room you look right to the wall of the nearby house (3meters) and from the bedroom you look to the garbage cans. There is not any garden view as listed for this appartment.(-2 rating) The toilet and the wash basin are not well arranged. You cannot sit straight on the toilet as you are squeezed between wash basin and door.(-1 rating) As we arrived mid of April the appartment was completely cold, even so the appartment has time based heating and we announced our arrival time.(-1 rating) It is possible to programme at least one heating in the floor to heat for 30 minutes interval to 19 celcius before the expected arrival, so that the appartment is not that cold when guests arrive in spring/fall/winter, It would even save energy: when the appartment is really cold, the guest have to programme all heating to maximum power to get the appartment warm as fast as possible.

Great location. The shower in the double room ensuite was excellent, although the one in the second bathroom not so good.
I found the mould in the 2 bathrooms offputting. Lots of stains and marks on the carpet which I think could have been removed. I didn't like the duvet and hence difficult to sleep, never had this as an issue before.

Thoughtfully appointed, well located, comfortable beds/bedding, and plenty of room for 4 adults. Easy to cook meals with large grocery nearby.

The fact he let's dogs in and provides such great facilities for families. His communication was excellent and we loved it so much we will be back. Loved it so much we overstayed by 2 nights. Great location and the information provided by the host was fantastic.

Lovely apartment which felt like home away from home and had everything one could expect. Location wa perfect for us as we based ourselves in Fort William which is great for Ben Neivs, the Jacobite train to Mallaig and a day trip to the Isle of Mull. We liked the fact car parking was ideal, right outside the apartment and it is in a quiet location.
Just a few small things which could be improved on:-
1. A couple of floor boards in bedroonm 2 which need looking at.
2. Little mould in the shower of bedroom 2
3. Outside walk around the side of the building before entering the front entrance could do with some improvement to make it more appealing.

Great property, great facilities and clean. Nice touch with basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, tooth paste, tooth brushes, shower gel etc
It’s a bit out of town and the Windows didn’t open very much so rooms became a bit stuffy

The sofa bed was broken. It was required by our party so my sister spent two uncomfortable nights there. Otherwise the apartment was fine.
