very nice. beautiful condo. great location. great people
Master closet light was out and was never fixed during the entire stay. Master Bed bottom fell apart and had to be fixed during the stay.

The condo was very roomy, not tight and crowded. Furnishings were nice but some are in need of deep cleaning or replacing such as the couch. Beds ok, but not the best.
Frying pans and sheet pans need replacing. Plumbing in lavatories need attention. Hair dryer didn't work, neither did vacuum cleaner. Need coffee filters supplied. TV INSTRUCTIONS are a MUST. Each had a different set up. A deep cleaning needed in areas.

staff at front desk are rude when ask questions there answer was not friendly. Also mattress,blankets and pillow are old need new ones without stains. Besides that everything was great .

Most all of it. Sterling Beach 11. Room 904. Lots of things broken. Roaches. Lots of them. Dirty Dirty Dirty. They fixed the doors that were hanging. That's all. Their excuse alot of people in town.$ 3633.42. Never got back to us. Even sent pictures. They don't care.

Location was great. Easy access to the beach, great view and good supplies in the kitchen.
The refrigerator was not working right when we got there, they did come and fix it while we were gone. The front 2 bedrooms' temperature did not regulate well and were very hot and they need blackout curtains in those rooms since they get the morning sun right through them. Also more toilet paper than 4 roles including what is on the rolls would be nice as well as hand soap being provided. Those are little things you should not have to worry about getting at the store.

On the beach, quite, view
the condo could have been cleaned better. The floor was filthy, the oven was dirty, counter not clean, TV did not work (maintenance could only get one to work), toilet stopped up.

Unit had not been cleaned. Floors were filthy as evidenced by guests whose feet became black while walking barefoot across the floor. Hair in sink, dust on dressers and in corners of the room, microwave not working and was never fixed. Garbage disposal did not work upon arrival but was repaired. Hair in sink, washing machine dirty, many pans were rusted and or contained grease, bowls were not cleaned properly and one contained sugar and a dead bug. Shame on you for charging a cleaning fee, though it was partially refunded after two complaints. Now I am waiting to hear if Vacasa or Booking will refund the $40.00 I am still owed. As it now stands, each company is blaming the other for the error, thus prolonging the time it takes to credit my account.

The staff at the desk downstairs was very unhelpful and rude. The room itself was very dated in decor. Some of the furniture was broken. The pillows were terrible and the beds were not very comfortable.
