Amazing outside area in front of a beautiful ricefield, with a great bar restaurant open all day long. Scooter absolutely needed. 25 minutes to go to Ubud and to go the beaches. The terrace ricefields are in northern ubud, a bit longer to get there. Friendly staff, clean room, great private terrace. An adorable ginger Kitty, all alone, has Taken refuge there and needs a bit of help and a few hugs if possible :)

The laundry service and the scooter service may be a little expensive

very nice staff, good warung on site, daily cleaning, beautiful garden, room is stylish and fresh (was a bit afraid of the half-open bathroom, but it was more than ok)

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was quiet and about 20-min drive from Ubud but perfect for a chill holiday. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool was amazing. The staff was so wonderful and attentive. There's a small restaurant at the premises and the food was delicious and affordable. We really wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to coming back!

We loved this place! It's a hidden gem in Bali. The staff especially were awesome! It's a family run place and they're all so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfy with private bathrooms with an awesome shower. Good air con and free water daily. The restaurant is very good with great shakes and drinks. There's literally a really cool waterfall right on the doorstep. There's not much close by, but you can easily rent a scooter from this place if you need to get about. I think there's only 8 rooms, so if it's available definitely book straight away! Brilliant place. Thanks guys!

It's a perfect place to stay with your family and kids. Family room was large and just right in front of the pool. Kids were very happy and excited. Service was great, they made us feel like their families. Very recommended place! We enjoyed it! We might coming back!

We liked everything. Only one thing spoiled our vacation. There were 1 over reacting guest who doesn't have any manner at all. He complained to us about the kids swimming at 7.30 and ruins his sleep during the breakfast time while the owner and staff of the villa didn't say or mention anything about not swimming in the morning. Staffs and owner even greated us politely and told us to enjoy. This was really bad experience for us. Even if he has any complaints, he should have not complaining to us straight. He should talk to the owner and let the owner solve the problem and let the owner talk to us. We would have much appreciated that way. Maybe he thinks we are local people and we pay less than him. We booked 2 rooms. 1 family room and 1 deluxe room. Besides, it's in the morning! And I know my kids. They were not that loud. He missed the villa concept. It's a villa for families where they can bring children. And also that day the sun was shining beautifuly with the sound of birds chirping and rooster. I woke up at 6.30am, I also heard from my room, a mother talking very loud to her kid and it was OK for me. I realized its not sound proofing room. And it was not really matter for me. He should have been so grateful it was not raining and enjoy his life more! If he wants silence, he should go to a place where there is no family room. Somewhere in the jungle or grave yard would've been really perfect for him. Such a miserable man..

The hosts are so warm and welcoming! The pool is so clean and nice 🥰 Wifi is great as well, managed to work and held my meetings smoothly. The food at the restaurant is delicious and so affordable! Room is comfy, clean, and super comfortable 👏🏻 Highly recommended ❤️

I loved the location as it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were lovely and helped us get motorbikes. The place was very well looked after.

the shower not really flow that good. so everytime i took shower i have to be closer with the wall where the water dripping. and the location is not really practical if you come with suv car. acceptable for city car.

The location is far too isolated for someone staying on their own. Probably too far isolated for anybody really. And the neighbours Dog barked all night keeping me awake

Very nice place with a good restaurant! The service was perfectly helpful. The room was cleaned daily. The food was very tasty and at a decent price. If you wish you do not have to leave the Villa and you have everything you need at hand:) Beautiful waterfall only 200m away. Calm and peaceful spot with a view on a rice field. Not too big not too small pool to cool after a hot day. You can have a massage in the Villa also. Do not forget to try their fruit coctails, they were the best I tried od Bali <3 Great spot to rest after a tirying stay in the city center of Ubud. Thank you!

Great place to chill, with a small restaurant and various dishes to try. There is also shared kitchen and a fresh water top up. Place is quiet and far from busy roads of Ubud. More of a village sounds of dogs and roosters and wheezing pigeons. Rooms spacious and nicely decorated, cleaned every day, but cleaning needs improvement as we had a loads of spider webs around, and they weren't freshly built. Towels fresh and not smelly. Interesting shower but not to be worry, there is a hot water.

Definitely need to rent a scooter to get around. Rooms not soundproofed as we could hear everything neighbors were talking about. There are no night silence rules like in other places we have stayed.

Fantastic stay! Super friendly welcome from the owner and staff, offering welcome drinks on arrival. Well kept homestay with music playing in the common area, friendly dogs, outdoor toilet nearby the lovely pool. Our room was really spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast was included and fantastic selection available. We hired a scooter for an affordable price and they also offer many other excursions / services too. Restaurant available all day long, great selection of delicious food!

Wi-Fi was a little weak in our bedroom. A little far out of central Ubud, roughly 20/30 min scooter into the center.

Nice staff. Clean pool and territory. Light and spacy room. They have cafe with view to rice field, and couple minites to waterfall (20K).

Terrible soundproofing. Broken doorlock to bathroom, and small sink. ~10-15 minutes to Ubud.
