We really enjoyed our breakfast each morning. There is an indoor breakfast room and also an outdoor area set up each day, both are lovely.
The only thing we felt could be improved were the beds, which we found uncomfortable, and the quality of the pillows.

Everything, staff polite, friendly and helpful. Food for breakfast good choices. View from our room excellent. Location perfect for both cala millor and cala bonna.
Not a dislike really just that in the marins playa across the road the breakfast choice was more varied. You could use that hotel as it had an adults only restaurant.

We had a great sea/pool view. The hotel is quiet. I love the decoration and pool area. I love the chill music and evening entartaiment program
I wasn t so crazy about food. Next time I will prefer to make reservation with no food included. Also, at least water should be included in meal plan for diner. Hotel internet wax extremly slow, I couldn t use.

At the reception some staff do not understand english very well so one morning when we wanted to go for early breakfast (we were told day before we can go), man from the reception told us that we cannot go there and he did not understand me when I tried to explain he just kept repeating what he knows on english. Quite unprofessional for a hotel like this one. Apart from that everything was fine

The sea view room was beautiful; fantastic breakfast & dinner (bbq on Friday night was super); not crowded pool area; great sun beds, great service by all the staff. We loved this hotel.

The view was amazing, and the enviroment was tidy. The food was really tasty, and the DJ near the pool played nice music. One of the bar girls was helpful and advised us about drinks, was very kind, when others were passive.
In some parts of the room, the sound isolation was bad, and we could hear people walking in the hall, or using the bathroom in their room.
What might not be a minus for some people - but we hoped for some freshly squeezed orange juice and that wasn't the case here.

We had a sea view room, but even you get street view it’s good as well.
Big area with lots of facilities: even supermarket where you can get everything u might need.
Breakfast variety is great !
parking is possible on special parking lot (might be all occupied) so street parking is an option.

Breakfast options at the hotel were amazing, really great hot and cold buffet style options - eggs, bacon, cereals, pastries etc, and a chef who cook cook pancakes or omelettes. Really great service.
Room was nice, views of the ocean and complex swimming pool, close walk to tourist shops and a variety of restaurants
Felt like the location was on a quieter side of the island, great location for young families or older couples.

Good views from balcony, nice pools, good supermarket across the road, nice food and drinks at bar, entertainment most nights. Clean rooms.
Uncomfortable beds, no selection of English channels on TV, WiFi disconnected regularly. Could not avail of late checkout.

Staff were amazing, rooms and facilities better than we had expected, just like to particularly thank The reception staff, who sorted out a problem with two of our friends with so much ease and compassion. Making a difficult situation (health) easier to deal with. Also loved the evening meals.

A hotel located in a less crowded area of Calla Millor.
We booked a beautiful suite with sea and pool views. Its price was not much higher compared to the price of an ordinary room.
Many appreciations for the cleaning staff, for those who work at the pool bar and restaurant and for the breakfast which was tasty and plentiful.
The distance from the hotel to the main beach is about a 12-15 minute walk.
The wifi signal was not great (acceptable only in the bathroom :)))) and one of the pools was not very clean. Other negative aspects: the presence of mosquitoes in the room and bird droppings near the pool.
it is a classical mass hotel, from a big chain that does not pay attention to the quality
