The balcony where you could escape the smell.

For reference this property was the last one we stayed at after a 3 week stay on 3 other islands where we stayed at some magnificent hotels. The smell of faeces in the room on the first day was horrendous which we were told was apparently a local problem!!! And apparently 3 other rooms were having the same problem!!! The staff, Nikki who greeted us on arrival was really caring and did get a maintenance person in to pour cleaner in the drains which made a slight difference but basically they, management/owners shrugged their shoulders at the issue. Would never ever return to this property. On checkout (we had a late flight) there is nowhere to leave luggage in a secure place and no one in attendance. So basically we hired a car for the day to be able to lock our luggage in a secure place! “Reception” is a concrete desk near the stairs which every Tom, Dick and Harry use.

We loved the tub/jacuzzi outside, it was the best part of the room and it was really good fun, we looked forward to go on it everyday, we really appreciated to have a room with an outside jacuzzi. The room and the building was spotless clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly Flo! The hotel is also very well located a cross the road from the beach, is not in the beach and is actually behind a restaurant over the road. The beach was lovely and the sea absolutely beautiful crystal clear blue but the beach gets very busy and is covered by restaurant-owned parasols who will charge 15-25 Euros a day. The sea gets very busy too but very pleasant early and later in the day. The breakfast and the place where the breakfast is served (Macao) is very nice and overlooks the beach and the sea and it has tables and chairs in the beach which it was so lovely so you can have breakfast in the beach and enjoy drinks and cocktails all day in the beach. The breakfast was very good, generous and varied, we really enjoyed going for breakfast and Macao beach bar. We also very much appreciated that we were picked up and dropped to the port at the times we requested, all staff very helpful and kind.

The size of the room and bathroom. We found the room and the bathroom very small and uncomfortable for 4 adults, is nothing like in the pictures, the rooms in the pictures look much bigger than they are in reality and they are not as smart as in the pictures, fridge was old and rusty, some furniture pealed in corners and even few bulbs not working. Room may be ok for a family with small kids but not for 4 adults! we were very uncomfortable and lacked space in the room, particularly the social area, balcony also small.

Georgia was a perfect host. Her breakfasts were the best. After reading negative reviews on Tripadvisor I was a bit apprehensive about our stay but it was perfect. Only critique is the photos on Booking.com. It was wonderful being able to cross the street and be on the sandy beach with perfectly clear water The service of food and drinks from the Colosseo restaurant was perfect .

It was clean, very close to the beach. Georgia is very good!

it was smaller and older than we thought. although we talked with somebody from the staff asking s specific room before booking, we were given another one, the photos are not corresponding to each room. So we ended up with not what we thought we booked. it is located above a tavern so it was smelly from tavern’s cooking. For the breakfast you have to walk to another cafe nearby.

We stayed for 4 nights and everything was great. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the breakfast that our hostess, miss Georgia, prepared for us with great care. It was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location, right on the beautiful Agios Prokopios beach! Within 2 mins walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The room was nice and modern with plenty of room and a small terrace. The free breakfast (beachfront) was amazing and included hot options too. We really appreciated the friendly staff and the free pickup and drop off to the ferry.

Nothing really! However we noticed the shower head was quite rusty meaning the water pressure was weak, the rest of the bathroom seemed new.

The Naxos Colosseo need a better maintenance: it is not well in order. Not good correspondence between pictures and real conditions of the apartments. Besides, we received (not requested) the notification that the apartment would have a Jacuzzi on the balcony: it was completely not possible to be used. I think it is important to be clear and correct with customers.

Property was located steps from the beach. We loved it!

The A/C did not work however we slept with the door open it was nice breeze the days we were there

The location is amazing: on the most beautiful Naxos beach, far enough from chaotic Chora but close enough to reach it at convenience. If you do not want to rent a car or a scooter you have all what you need at walkable distance. Transfer from/to port/airport included in the price. Breakfast at Macao bar is good (buffet).

Georgia was super helpful and accommodating during our entire stay! She made sure to make our stay memorable. Excellent location and clean facilities as well.

Georgia was a great hostess. Included breakfast was very delicious with many options. Transfers to and from the port with Vasili very helpful. Location excellent. You can also rent a car from the owner.

WiFi was terrible to the unit. Georgia tried her best to fix it, but I think the owner actually needs to invest in a better system. Bad smell from plumbing system when upstairs unit flushed.
