The guesthouse was lovely, good quality and very clean. The court yard was beautiful and you could park on the grounds.

Loads of building and house things outside of the bath room window. Not a big problem but felt that it was a dumping ground......the house was so nice and beautiful

Large, quiet and comfortable room and modern ensuit

Only little thing was smaller shower head needed to be held. The waterfall shower head worked perfectly but when I wasn’t washing my hair I’d prefer to use the smaller shower head. It worked but the clasp that holds it for you was loose so it couldn’t handle the water pressure.

Breakfast was lovely. Felt like we were at home with our family. Lovely old building, lots of winding corridors - beautiful. Room was fine too. Staff very accommodating when we arrived early and needed to drop off our bags. Thank you. Staff were also very friendly and attentive at breakfast. The beds were very comfy. We came to Cirencester for a wedding, I think we will be coming back for a more leisurely visit in the not too distant future.

Window in room would not shut, so we couldn't keep out the noise of the traffic. Cirencester could do with some more taxis. It was near impossible to book a taxi. Although there are loads of taxi companies, I think they each have just one car. We tried to book a taxi for 10:30pm. (I was booking around 4pm) The soonest we could get one was 2am

Amazing location, our rooms where perfect and the outdoor space was so relaxing. We enjoyed breakfast even tho we didn't have much time for a cooked breakfast. We would definitely stay again

Terrific location. So very close to the city center. We enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast in the charming dining room. It was perfect for our short stay.

Rosemary was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautiful and felt very comfortable. It was the perfect location too, with just a short walk into town. We had the best time.

Lovely lovely trip thanks to Rosemary and the staff for maintaining the property :) Rosemary was really sweet and welcoming, and Henry the hippo was a great breakfast companion too! Perfect location near town centre and coach drop-off point; will recommend!!
