Breakfast was very basic.

My personal experience was terrible. The newly renovated “Deluxe” rooms shown in the booking are different from the ones you get. Smaller room without the sofa.(photos used are 3d and not the reality. Much cheaper and unfinished rooms). Rooms are made out with gypsum and you can hear your neighbours clearly. Soundproofing is horrible… Room service hours are wrong! They came unexpectedly to my room at 18:00. I left all my staff open because Which professional hotel in the world clean the rooms after 3:30? (The details given to us were 8-14:30 btw)! I will attach a photo of the details given below. If not in the booking-trip advisor(you will find the details there) The cleaner stole from my wallet 100€( 2x €50) I immediately went to the reception (which btw the reception is the best thing in the hotel- they don’t deserve you guys)- they said they would speak to the owner. Next day we meet the owner which was the most arrogant, chatterer person I ever met in my life. He didn’t even take us seriously. I went to the police and i told them what happened so I met him twice saying the procedure will take longer for him to test his cleaner. He keep saying not to file a complaint against the hotel because the hotel didn’t do anything wrong which btw is not giving the correct details( he also said that the reception informed us but the hours mention from the reception was the ones written on the paper which i will attach). And he kept saying that if i file a complaint it should be on the cleaner and not the hotel. - doesn’t even care of what will happen to his trustworthy cleaner now?! I could say even more-but trust me… this is a real personal experience happened to me between the 7-14 of August 2023. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. So unprofessional with the most unprofessional “owner”! I hope you don’t experience what I did these days.

Friendly stuff, central location, clean, nice breakfast

There were many broken things like the fridge drawer, the toilet seat and the towel rail (they can be fixed very easily)

Close to the beach, 7 mnts walking It’s an acceptable 2 stars hotel Clean, fair and not expensive

No water to shower on the first night !

Great selection of breakfast products including hot & cold selection of meats and fruit and varying breads and jams. Coffee was good also

Shower room was small and awkward to get in and out of and we are a small framed couple. Large people would struggle

There were wildfires taking place during my stay ant I was evacuated from Masari village. Luckily I was able to find accommodation in Astron hotel, where people working there showed immense care and support. Couldn’t have imagined such compassion. I’m extremely grateful for kindness, especially for heartfelt Emine, who was there when I needed help.

Breakfast is fairly basic, but a reasonable variety. Standard for this class of Hotel in Rhodes. Staff were lovely. We liked the size of the room, and the balcony was fine for our purposes. The area and surroundings were quiet, and very accessible to everything we needed.
