Mario, the host was very friendly and great with communicating on any questions we had. Our group felt the house was comfortable and perfect for our week visit to Denver. We also liked that it had a central location.

My husband and I stayed at the house for a long weekend with our daughter and her friends from college. The rooms and beds were cozy and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen well appointed. Neighborhood residential and very quiet (as opposed to staying downtown). We went to a concert nearby in RiNo and an Avalanche game at Ball Arena. The location was so handy to get to various parts of Denver. Lyft drivers were readily available when needed and we also had a car, and found parking on the street readily available. Mario was responsive when we had questions about the heat etc. and took care of all our questions. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

This well-appointed home was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a destination vacation. Mario was extremely attentive and responsive to us before and during our stay, and he provided a comprehensive manual for the home that included extensive local dining recommendations that we found very helpful. The rooms and furnishings were just as clean and attractive as they appeared in the online listing, and there were no surprises or problems. A fun bonus was that the home is fully "smart" (but very user-friendly), with customized lighting and entertainment options in every room (and thoughtfully implemented home security features). We appreciated the obvious care and intention that was invested in the preparation and presentation of this property to optimize the total guest experience.

I’ve stayed in hundreds of rentals and Mario by far was the most amazing host. He went out of his way to accommodate our group and was very quick to communicate through the whole process. The house is REALLY nice with great furnishings and more than what you need. The outdoor space is so nice to hanging out with friends and there is plenty of room for larger groups. It’s a close drive to many areas in denver and sits in a quiet cute neighborhood. I highly recommend this place.

Great house, location and host.

Mario's home and attention to guests was impeccable. I stayed in the house with my partner and a number of young adult family members while in Denver for my son's wedding. The stay truly enhanced our wedding week experience by providing us a lovely and comfortable home base. There is plenty of space to come together as well as space to retreat to for quieter time. The front porch was my go-to spot for morning coffee and the sunny spacious backyard was a great place to relax with family throughout the week. Mario has paid attention to every detail, with welcoming treats, a well stocked kitchen (great selection of coffee and teas), lots of games, smart-home enabled entertainment, and all the little necessities like toiletries, laundry soap, etc to make for an easy stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable with good quality bedding and there were plenty of towels and no shortage of hot water for our group. The location was very convenient--it seems like everything in Denver is 10 minutes away by car. There was plenty of parking out front and Ubers were readily available to get around this fun city. It was a short ride over to the 16th Street Mall or to the heart of RiNo for lunch at the Denver Central Market, and there are plenty of other options within walking distance of the house. The keyless entry made it easy for everyone to come and go as they wished. I can't recommend this VRBO highly enough--book it and Mario will take care of everything from there!

My three colleagues and I needed a week away to work a little and play a little. Mario was excellent from the moment I booked last minute when another VRBO didn't work out. Electronic check-in, clear instructions, stocked house and backyard made this a stress-free stay. The house excels in the details. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed. The showerheads are adjustable, and we always had hot water. The backyard is spacious and perfect for conversations, grilling, and smoking if you like. We plan to return in the spring.

Everything about this house was terrific. It’s remarkably well stocked with food staples, toiletries and whatever you need. The downstairs den is a great playroom for kids. Firm beds provided us all with great nights’ sleep. Mario responded to a few last minute requests immediately. Would definitely stay here again and would love to visit in the summer, as the backyard is really set up for outdoor living. Thanks again, Mario.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The hosts take extra care to make sure you have all the staples you need when you arrive (spices, coffee, ice cubes). We loved the cozy backyard and basement. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience staying at this charming home for a long summer weekend in Denver. the property was clean, comfortable and the perfect home base for us to hang out. This home was in a great location and our host was incredibly communicative and accommodating - we would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property while we were in town for the MLB All-Star games and activities. The home was very well appointed and cozy, and also conveniently located close to downtown/Coors field. Mario was an excellent host, and was so helpful in answering our questions promptly. This property well suited our 3 night stay in Denver. Good location for nearby restaurants and breweries.

It was a nice house and any issue we encountered was quickly remedied. Many convenient updates have been done to the home. My only complaint is maybe more of a preference, but I found the beds to be uncomfortably hard. Overall a great stay! Thanks for another great time in Denver.

We would definitely stay at this property again. The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed for our stay as well as being centrally located to attractions, sights, hiking, restaurants, etc. We appreciated the attractive decor and especially the comfortable beds. The backyard is large, private, and equipped with patio furniture for relaxation. The lower level of the house has another living area with 2 bedrooms, full bath, and recreation room which would be ideal for larger families or adults traveling together who want some privacy. The host, Mario, was amazing! He contacted us immediately after booking and communicated with us before/during our arrival. We had no issues during our stay, and the few questions we did have, Mario answered promptly. Thank you Mario!

This was a very nice property to stay at. It was close to where we were working and also close to downtown for after work dining. The neighborhood was very quite and the backyard was great. Staying at a house is so much more comfortable than a hotel and allows for better team building.

House was as advertised and Host was more than willing to help with anything else that might be needed. We had seven adults and no real space for everyone to comfortably watch tv or eat, but if it was a non-COVID time, we would have been out and about and it would have been a great home base. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well equipped.

The home was exactly as expected. Very well maintained and clean. The smart home features were a nice touch. The location was very near downtown and just a short driver or uber from any sort of nightlife downtown. Easy highway access to get to and from different locations throughout Denver. Mario was very responsive and helpful on any questions we had during our stay. Would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a nice well maintained home in a great location!
