I did not have breakfast, however the property was at great location . The owner is very friendly and goes out of his to make you feel comfortable. The view was spectacular. I loved the quick responses from the owner and staff to sort out minor issues

I recently had the pleasure of booking and staying at a breathtaking self-catering penthouse, and it was an experience that I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views of the city skyline and the plush, luxurious décor of the penthouse. The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities and appliances that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The penthouse was spacious, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the incredible views. The large windows allowed for plenty of natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting environment. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the dining area provided a perfect space to enjoy them. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, with cozy bedding and ample closet space. The bathrooms were also beautiful and well-appointed. One of the standout features of the penthouse was the private terrace, where I was able to relax and take in the stunning views of the city. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend this self-catering penthouse to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city. The location of the penthouse was perfect – situated in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The building is infested with cockroaches. Kitchen and other surfaces were often covered with tiny cockroaches: we had to spray the rooms with insecticide daily.

The microwave and one shower did not work. Sliding doors need pictures on them to show whether they are open or not!

Quite a lot... fully aware I booked a budget studio with no view...but did not expect tiny windows that were facing the main stairwell that all guests use. The bathroom lights didn't work, the microwave didn't work. The mattress is terrible. There are cockroaches. I am sure the other units are much better but I would not recommend this particular one..

it was the budget room but the basic standards were poor - uneven flooring , dirty bedding , few cockroaches.

no Coffee / Milk/sugar on arrival - had to purchase my own items no Soaps at all very cold at night and windy and full of roaches !!! Owner needs to put some effort into the facility especially with regards to some of the Plug points not working properly and at least an inverter system not just back up LED movable lights.... some furniture needs to be replaced as there are drawers missing , handles are loose in the shower , bedroom etc

The seaview and location were excellent.

Our party consisted of 8 people (4 couples). The house was dirty. The maids do not clean the property up to the standard expected. They do not make the beds but just push the covers over the beds. The house was full of cockroaches in the kitchen and bedrooms. This was very evident at night. The house has no air conditioners. Considering the house gets a lot of sun, it’s gets very hot so air conditioners are really a necessity and not a luxury. All rooms and lounges do have fans but these are not really enough to cool the house down and are extremely noisy. The house was advertised on booking.com as having 4 bedrooms with the 4th bedroom having 2 single beds. However, this is NOT correct as the 4th bedroom is non-existent. In fact, the 4th bedroom, it’s 2 single beds that have been placed, one in the TV lounge and the other in the corridor to the pool ie. In different areas of the house. This was very disappointing and was an issue because one of the couples on the trip had to sleep separately eventhough the property is advertised as having 4 bedrooms. This is also an issue because this couple also had to use the outside bathroom because the “4th bedroom” has no direct access to a bathroom. The house is also badly designed, specifically the bathrooms, which have very low entry points to the bathrooms. This is a safety issue which resulted in one of the guests knocking her head seriously in the entrance to the bathroom. The house has a safe parking place for only 2 vehicles. These are used on a first-come first-use basis. Of the 4 days that we were at the house not once was I able to park inside the property. The same 2 vehicles were always parked in the safe parking space. Therefore, my vehicle always had to be parked outside the property on the road. This did not leave me very comfortable.
