The location was excellent, 5 mins to the old town and the ferry port. The area itself looks a little run down but there are some amazing restaurants a stone's throw away. The view makes it worth booking and the staff were friendly and helpful - Kristina was amazing.
The lifts are slow and small but adequate for 2 people with luggage but you might be waiting a while at busy times as it's a working building.

A a great location to the main city area in Split, very easy to walk to everything. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast included a variety of very tasty options including eggs cooked to you liking. The views over the harbour and old town area are spectacular. Tony the manager was very helpful and very friendly, assisting us with bag storage, public transport, recommending places to see and providing us with a takeaway breakfast when we had a day tour with a very early departure. I am happy to recommend The View Luxury rooms to travellers and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay

rooms were lovely we were upgraded on arrival to a sea view suite with 2 double beds and both had an ensuite. hosts were lovely, met us on arrival and communication before was great - let us into the car park and walked us to the hotel. great breakfast, and great recommendations from
staff for restaurants and bars. let us leave our car there for a small fee whilst travelling to Hvar for 2 days.

Luxury is an overused word in Croatian hotels, but this hotel, was sufficiently good. It occupies two floors on a rather bland office block, but it is quite central with a good view for those on the right side. The rooms are comfortable and functional.
It is what it is - two floors of an old office block, so it lacks any real communal space, apart from a small dining room.

The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly and professional. The location is perfect, very near the center and the harbour. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly!

General impressions are great. Staying here totally fulfilled our expectations. Everything is clean, bedroom is comfortable with magnificent view. Very kind and helpful staff, close to the city center. We would definitely recommend to everyone!

Amazing view of the sea! Great location, easy access. I was a solo traveler and felt safe, comfortable amenities, excellent service, incredible views, delicious breakfasts.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. If there was something they didn’t have at breakfast, they went out and bought it for breakfast the next day. The hotel location is fantastic - 5 minutes walk from the port, bus stop, old town and the beach. The view of Split was also fantastic (even better than walking up to view points).
The outside of the hotel seriously needs a revamp. The building does not look like the picture. However, once you get up to the 8th/10th floor, the interior is just as expected.

We stayed for one night and definitely wouldn’t have stayed for longer. The hotel is essentially one floor of a high rise building which was presumably previously flats before their conversion. It’s a very weird set-up: you enter what looks like a residential block of flats, go up in an ancient lift and then the reception and rooms are on one floor. The rooms are pretty small and do t have a lot of home comforts. There’s obviously no outside space anywhere. The breakfast was fine but very over-hyped in their description.

Thé rooms are nice, thé staff were lovely and the view is quite good.
The pictures on booking.com are enhanced with filters and the rooms are on one floor in an ugly building. Thé breakfast is not good, if you pay high prices for a room with breakfast, then the breakfast needs to be much better. It’s overpriced for what it is. £100-£120 would be fair.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Paid a little more for a corner room and it was worth it! The views were absolutely stunning! Quick walk into the old town and harbor. Delicious breakfast- we had low expectations and were pleasantly surprised at the spread.
A little bit awkward to get checked in since there is no parking lot and had to go in the building and up to their floor to get the parking pass first.

Everything about the hotel was very nice, from the rooms to the breakfast. But the best part was how helpful and polite the staff were. The made our stay a hundred times better. And of course the view was amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect as well, 5 mins from the beach and less than 10 mins from the riva. Overall a great experience.

Only criticism was the breakfast, we found was ok but not best options. If you were staying there for a week or so maybe the space could be bigger but that's subjective.
