Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. Reviewer Comments: I was told that we were the first people to rent this unti from the new owner. My advice to the new owner, and the rental agency is that a lot needs to be addressed. It wasn't well cleaned when we moved in [and we were there for more than 6 weeks]; there was an absence of insect control and nothing was done during the time we stayed there; there is a serious issue with the Washer/Dryer that was addressed a couple of times but not solved and it is inoperable as-is; Tood, the property manager, is very nice and has good intentions, but he fails to keep his commitments and does not follow thru; and the living area is extremely dark and needs much more lighting; and the chests in the two smaller bedrooms are very poor. Drawers do not work correctly; and one of the TV's never worked while we were there. Sorry to sound so critical and only trying to offer advice and a heads up on a number of things.

Completely satisfied with the residency, access to the village, golf, the Cradle, etc were ideal.

The condo is beautiful and has everything needed or desired and more, a great stay.

Great location for weekend golf trip, WiFi and washer didn’t work at all so was a little disappointed by that.

We had a death in the family and needed somewhere to stay for a week with family. Perfect place to come home to after taking care of my mother in-law's house. Everything was lovely except for one thing. The deck was filthy. Covered in pollen and the bees were awful. We had to scrub everything before we could enjoy the deck. Other than that, it was nice.

Very pleased overall with our experience. Nice unit in a good location. We walked to the course a few times. It only took about 10 minutes. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. My only very minor complaint was the toiletries. I have rented dozens of vrbo’s and it’s the first time I can recall needing to bring my own soap and shampoo. I’d rather be charged an extra dollar a day and have that provided.

The condo was very clean and well located for our golfing week at Pinehurst. Will certainly book again for next year.

We had a great visit to the Pinehurst area. The condo is located in the middle of the many golf course options in the area. The condo was perfect for our needs. Updated, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of four with older children who don't want to share a bedroom. We had everything we need to eat in easily. Would definitely stay here again.

Condos in Pinehurst were built long ago but this one was recently remodeled so nicer.

We watch the sunset from the back patio listening to the sounds of Mother Nature! Lovely unit with plenty of space!

It has been booked solid and I have not been able to visit Pinehurst for some time. As a father's day gift my wife reached out to Sandhills and booked this trip for me. The home overlooks the 16th fairway of Pinehurst #5. It is a great location. The unit was modern, clean and we had a great time.

Unit was nice except for the outside porch. The porch was a disaster. It was dirty, run down, and in need of repair. the porch absolutely needs to be addressed when considering the golf course setting

The biggest issue for us was that it was obvious cat(s) have been to the property. My wife, who is allergic to cats, upon entering the property immediately had an allergic reaction. Her stay was miserable as she was congested the entire time. This was not due to some illness or cold. This was supposed to a pet free environment. Clearly, it wasn't.
