the facility is old. hair dryer is from last century I guess 😗

The studio was small but big enough for a couple with all the essentials one would need. The kitchen was well equiped to be able to cook meals. We cooked on a daily basis to save on eating out. The view from the terrace was amazing. Definitely worth the money. The studio is only 2 min away from the station.
The pillows were really flat. No hand soap in the bathroom.

The location was great once we found the property, the views were incredible.
the bed was uncomfortable and no additional blankets or pillows in the room which made it difficult to sleep. Room was outdated. coffee machine provided but no coffee pods. the kettle had a faulty cord with exposed wires which meant we couldn’t use it. also the kitchenette had a toaster that didn’t work either.

The view from the property. The location. It was hot! Too hot but that's better than being cold, we had to sleep with door open. It had a hob and a microwave so we cooked our own meals which was a great bonus given that Switzerland is so expensive. They gave you toiletries in the bathroom.
The price! But that's Switzerland for you and actually given that it was out of season the price was Ok. I suspect in summer in might be more expensive. But I can't think of anything else that could be improved.

the scenic view outside our room. It’s clean and staff were very nice. It also comes with utensils and kitchen stuffs were we can cook and can have our meal by the balcony with the Eiger view🤍

Good location for ski bus & train - its all so easy , helpful staff , just relaxing with resto . By Swiss standards good value for our stay
Would be nicer to have some bigger bowls, some larger hot cups , bread knife , & some stronger light bulbs = its just a question of style = we recommend chalet - great value

Really comfortable chalet with great location close to the train station. View from the terrace was stunning. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good starting point for sightseeing/ hiking in the Jungfrau region.

Excellent welcome - was given directions to the parking spot, given the tour of where the ski room was etc.
Apartment had the basic necessities and was very comfortable. Excellent wifi connection, beautiful views, perfect location to wherer I needed to go. Love that they are pet friendly and my doggie Hero had a wonderful stay.
Friendly checkout and we were even given a goodbye chocolate bar as a gift!
Some cleaning supplies such as a sponge to do the dishes would have been nice, and scissors in the drawers. Food was left in the freezer which suggests it was not fully cleaned prior to my arrival, and one of the lights in the bathroom was not working. Nothing major but worth noting - I only informed management at the end as it did not bother me too much, I am sure if I had mentioned sooner they'd have fixed it :)

We had a very good stay in the Erle studio we rented for a full week. Kitchen was fully equipped and even had a fondue set! Everything was well prepared and the staff made our stay very memorable - they answered all our questions for Grindelwald activities and helped arrange successfully on our requests - even went the extra mile when we asked to have the food delivery at the studio for a special dinner.
Hotel Derby also provides for free sleighs which was an awesome bonus and a saving. Overall a great value for money for a family/couple.
Pillows and mattresses can be improved.

The location is stunning and the view from the chalet balcony is amazing.
It's a little studio that's really great for a long weekend trip.
The beds were not as comfortable as one would have hoped.
It would be best to bring your own hypoallergenic shower gel/shampoo if you have sensitive skin - my skin did not appreciate the shampoo.
