delightful garden and pool. very relaxing. friendly and welcoming staff. excellent breakfast especially the healthy green herb porridge.

Super friendly staff and an incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable manager. Hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Perfectly located. Peaceful, tranquil, great pool, plus a view of Lions rock from a cute treehouse style viewpoint. Great stay.

we booked the treehouse. first it was veeery nice but after we went for dinner and the room got colder MANY COCKROACHES CAME OUT. like literally 10+ huge cockroaches. we got the normal double room which was meeh. wouldnt want to get a shower in there.. so yeah really disappointed

The staff is certainly the very highlight of this hotel. Maya, the manager is very caring and always ready to help. The cook is very accommodating & happy to make guest tastes local food. We loved the tree house which was very peaceful and perfect for our short stay.

Lovely location and very sweet and kind staff. Gorgeous garden with a nice pool.

We initially were given a very bad, dirty room. The bed made such a noise that we couldn't sleep. Had to move mattress onto the floor. Lots of mould in the bathroom and on the shower curtains. Very bad. Also the toilet shower hose broke the first time I used it. The head came off and the water flooded the bathroom. But when I told and showed the lovely manager (and he is lovely!) he was very apologetic and gave us a better room which was much cleaner and more comfortable. He also said that they will close that original room. So all in all, it was a good stay. It's a nice place with a few problems. Hopefully, my constructive feedback will help to make this place great. Cos it def has the potential. We love the staff and the place has good vibes.

Beautiful location, right in the middle of some paddy fields so that it felt like you were in the middle of nowhere - but actually, you’re very close to Sigiriya and some safari parks Also, a really lovely pool that’s a perfect place to relax after a hard day’s walking! And wonderful hosts, and delicious home-cooked food

This is for the owner of the property. you are so helpful and kind. But the bad smell around the car park and the restaurant was very unpleasant on our arrival. Also, we did not enjoy your food at all. Please improve those.

Such a beautiful tranquil place. The treehouse was perfect. So peaceful with a lovely view across the rice fields. Loads of fantastic wildlife. A gorgeous pool area. The staff were superb, very attentive and helpful.

The hotel manager Maye was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, was always around for anything we needed. The treehouse was definitely worth upgrading for as the views where amazing.

-Room was very different form photos on booking.com -In bathroom everything was fixed by duct tape Unfortunately, being honest with host I have to admit that standard of a room war very poor for this price, comparing to another hotels in Sri lanka.

we stayed in the tree house and it was exceptional and so beautiful, the place is simply superb, the view from the tree house is breathtaking (early in the morning especially)The place is taken care by a lovely couple and they are so good made us feel like family. Thank you for the hospitality uncle and aunty.

Hospitality

Everything! The pool was great, the bed comfortable, food delicious, bird and monkey watching from the tree house terrace amazing and the hosts treated us like family. They even accommodated our driver. After four nights we were sad to leave.

Nothing. Maybe some areas need a bit of renovating and cleaning, but it’s not an issue. I didn’t expect sparkling cleanness and shiny new out in the nature.

we spent a night in the treehouse. Beautiful place in the middle of the nature. Everybody was really nice and helpful. I recommend it for everybody who is looking for a peaceful, beautiful and special place. From the terrace of the treehouse you can even see sigiriya rock. The food was also really good.

The host family is very helpful and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable about the area, provide really good advice on how to get around and arrange transportation with reliable drivers.
