No air con during a heat wave

The only negative was people putting towels on beds hours before they actually used them but in the end the hotel did stop it.

very disappointed with this stay as normally always good . we stayed in apartment 126 and the kitchen/ dining area had constant ants that were in everything . No sun on the small terrace at all which was useless . people were very territorial with the sun loungers directly infront of the terrace steps , they would put their towels down first thing and barely use them the whole day . A large foreign family with children were very noisy in and around the pool . shouting, screaming and they were running about wild with zero care for others trying to relax. The shower cubicle In the bathroom is so old and very discoloured . The bedroom plug in fan did not work.

The location is good, but all the rest is not good

Staying in this hotel was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had during the vacation. We stayed one week, because we couldn t cancel, otherwise we have been chosen to change the hotel. So bad energy around there, couldn’t sleep at all. For me, the photos on the website don’t match the reality at all, the management is saying that they do...well, I will add photos for you to see the difference. For us this hotel was the worst part of our vacation. The first night they put us to the room with no windows in the bedroom, it was old, dark and spooky. Check out was at 10 o’clock, but at 9.45 the cleaning team is already standing behind the door. I would not suggest this hotel to anybody.

The staff are very friendly Cleaning is fine Garden and the bar are good

The location is a little bit high and walking from beach is not ideal for elderly, but taxi is cheap

I liked that pool was heated, however, some days it was rather cold,but some warmer. I liked that there are shops close by, it is quiet at night outside,good to have some cafe bar in area. Staff was very nice 👌

Unfortunately cleaning is very poor, we stayed almost 4 weeks and they never cleaned properly. Also there is no soundproof, u hear the neighbours. Also furniture in the room is old and makes big noise every time u open drawer or closet.
