location was walking distance to the beach. included in the price was parking and a umbrella and two loungers at a great beach! All in one package!!!

We liked our hosts. They were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the gift, the cruise on the coast. The fact that you have 2 sunbeds and the umbrella on the beache is also a plus. You are literally 2 min away from the beach or the supermarket. There are great restaurants 5 minutes away.

The noise from the parking next door or from the neighbours. This is not something you can choose but you can hear absolutely everything: from the TV. to the dog above, the shower or the moving beds. Also each time somebody enters the building you will know as the apartment door will also tremble.

The apartment was lovely, very clean and close the the village of Sperlonga, with great access to beach, shops, and restaurants.

We are not used to a hot water tank so struggled with amount of hot water for 3 people. But we got used to it and were able to plan.

The location is amazing, with sea view and in the middle of the touristic city. An apartment itself is very nice and big. The host is always reachable on Whatsapp.

Lack of dishwasher and microwave was a bit annoying. The washing machine made troubles, hopefully it will be replaced with a new one till next summer. Location of the parking is 500m away.

Good location one block from fantastic beach. Great that 2 sunbeds and chair was included at beach which we used every day. Short walk to old town for shops and restaurants. Parking was good 500m from appartment which was convenient. Overall clean and well equipped appartment with good standard. Bathroom is a bit small but ok for the price.

Shower is leaking a bit which could be fixed easily. Not an issue but something that can be fixed. Overall good value for money and nice location close to beach.

Full apartment setup on the second floor of a perfectly located place, a stone's throw from the beach.

Beds and pillows were a little firm. Prefer a little softer. And washing machine door stuck + spin cycle didn't work very well, so we had to wring clothes out by hand before hanging them up to air dry. Overall, still very grateful to have in unit laundry!
