noting to fault at all..

The location is in a quiet rural area with great views, we booked a newly build trullo, wich was gorgeous, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower good. Complimentary water on the room, nice breakfast. Cause it we were the first guest of the season'22 the staff needed to warm up a bit, but when asked for scrammbled egg, they made it for us. Nice pool and by car close to Gallipoli and gorgeous beach Baja Verde. Staff and owner were very friendly. Would come back.

Cause we were the first guests there was someone still doing chores around the pool, after breakfast till 1-2 pm. It would be nice, especially if you stay more than a few days if there was a lunch or diner option

Lovely quiet resort, amazing breakfast. Sara helped us out with some good tips on what not to miss in the surrounding and booking restaurants.

All was good

Great pool for swimming and relaxing including amazing view over the wide countryside. A lot privacy, very clean and large garden which is perfect in Covid times.

Wifi not always working very well. Breakfast very good but more variety would be even better such as fresh orange juice.

Sara was very helpful and accomodating. The facilities were very good including a pool with an amazing view. The room and bathroom were very clean and had a lot amenities. Will definately come back next year was a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was excellent: sea view, delicious breakfast, room cleanliness and awesome staff.

A paradise away from the ordinariness of Gallipoli. Beautifully designed so as to not be intimidating it feels like the home yo wanted and Salvatore and his staff are adorable and make you feel at home and go out of their way to make sure that you re cared for in a very non intrusive manner. You can sneak off to Gallipoli in 15 mins and the good news is that you be so glad to get back here you wonder why you bothered going at all.

Be mindful of the navigator as the address provided on book will take you who knows where. Best to just put in Tenuta Monticelli and go from there, but I found the surest way not to get lost is put in Alezio (the nearby town) and at the outskirts put in Tenuta Monticelli. Easy.
