Zentrale Lage.

Appartement roch sehr muffig und wurde wohl lange nicht vorher genutzt. Türen und Fenster ohne Mückenschutz und Lüftung nur über komplette Öffnung möglich. Aussenbereich entsprach nicht den Fotos. Atmosphäre wie in einer Bahnhofshalle.

The property is very nicely situated in the old centre of Oresei with a pleasant view onto the small square behind the church and near another very sweet square with a handful of restaurants. One can just about see the sea from the terrace. The host communicated quickly and politely and was helpful in his responses to our queries and needs. It was very clean. The beach is a short distance by car and had easy parking.

The apartment was adequate but expensive by comparison. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were very basic and not enough of the beds were made for our stay. The owner did manage to deliver bed linen but we had to make our own beds. To reach the apartment you need to walk through the next door neighbours terrace. The apartment terrace did not have adequate shade to sit outside without being in the sun. One last point which isn't the owner's responsibility but worth knowing. Our stay was on a Saturday night. One of the local bars had a live DJ set on the street that started around 10pm and finished around 4am. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of a rave so not for anyone who fancies a quieter night.

Very spacious apartment in a beautiful part of Orosei with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Two very large rooms with two bathrooms so plenty of space, host was very communicative. I will stay here again if in Orosei

The location was fantastic and the nearby parking lot is fantastic because so many other apartment rentals don't have parking nearby. The host was very communicative and kind and helpful. I didn't receive any checkin instructions of where to go and she responded very quickly. Having a little kitchen and fridge was nice. The shower is wonderfully hot and the whole apartment was very clean.

From the start, it felt like there were a lot of essentials that were missing. After a long day of traveling, having to the grocery store to buy hand soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent was a bummer, especially to only use once in the case of laundry detergent. Seems previous guests would've left some behind at some point. The host graciously had someone bring toilet paper the first night as well as loaned me a USB adapter. It would've been nice to have a kitchen towel and wash cloth to clean up with, however lots of bath towels were provided. The apartment was a bit damp and it was impossible to get clothes dry so we went to the laundromat to dry them. Overall, the location is great and the apartment is very clean and accessible.

Spacious apartment, in the old part of town. Easy access, Maria is super helpful and it is a nice quiet place to relax.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location, very spacious, clean and good communication with the host. Would gladly stay there again.

A lack of kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, bottle opener, wine glasses and cleaning products (sponges, soap) were minor inconveniences.

Host was excellent, the apartment was huge. Also very convenient. Good air con, and excellent facilities.
