Todo, las instalaciones limpias, en un ambiente acogedor, la ubicación, en el centro cerca de todo y sobre todo los anfitriones una pareja encantadora, serviciales y cercanos, nos hemos sentido como en casa, muy agusto, lo recomendamos 100% y si volvemos a Alicante lo haremos al mismo sitio, son dudarlo

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are equipped with everything you need, including a hairdryer, iron, shower gel, and a balcony. The balcony offers a great view and even has a small table.
The hotel is perfectly located, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the main street in Alicante. It's also only 2 minutes from the famous mushroom street and about 5-10 minutes from the Mercadona supermarket. Everything is close and easily accessible.
The breakfasts were delicious and hearty, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful with all our needs. The hotel also provides free beach umbrellas, which was a nice touch. After checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours, which was very convenient.
Overall, it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, and I would love to visit again. Thank you very much for a great experience!

Nic :). Jen zpětná vazba pro případné zlepšení - varná konvice by byla fajn, mám ráda čaj.

Esta anticuado, sobre todo la iluminación, no lo hace lo suficientemente acogedor.
La iluminación del baño sobretodo se puede mejorar mucho y ayudar en la imagen general.

It was a really wonderful stay. The host couple were very nice and helpful. The room was nice, clean and new. Location was absolutely perfect, in the middle of town and close to the beach. I will definitely come back again.

Christian was an amazing host with all of his family being so nice and welcoming. We got a great introduction to the city the day we arrived and excellent service with the breakfast. The rooms were also great!! Plenty of space!
No balcony for our room, but nothing else!! The value for money was so good!

I can recommend this Hotel with the highest note 10 :) The owners are very kind, helpfull, advising, always available, serving very good breakfast. The rooms are very beautiful, always clean and you have a comfort and pleasant spend time in this place.
What' s more, the hotel has a fantastic location-near the main points of the city.

Felt secure. Great location. Great recommendations given by hosts. Could borrow parasols for the beach. Allowed us to leave our luggage there after check out before leaving. Overall great accommodation. Helpful hosts.
We were not aware that the accommodation would not be cleaned thoroughly prior to the visit unless a fee was paid. Mostly the place was clean apart from the floors which did not seem to have been cleaned for a long time (lots of black dust and debris). Also you can hear everything happening in the entire building, not soundproof at all

Firstly the hotel is in a brilliant location, it's only two streets back from the promenade and right in the centre of town. The rooms were very clean and had great facilities. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was wonderful, plenty of options and Cristian was very accommodating. If you're planning a trip to Alicante I couldn't recommend them enough!
I honestly can't think of anything negative about our stay, it was a great experience!

Excellent location in a quiet street but very close to all the street restaurants and sea front. Super spacious room with King size bed and comfy mattress and beautifully decorated . Everywhere spotless.

Very clean, the decor was interesting. Just a short walk from everything. The owners went above and beyond with their help and advice of where to go, restaurant recommendation was perfect. They were both very pleasant, as was Joe.

Just a small point but an extra pillow for each bed would have been good.

The bed was very comfy, and Cristian & Audrey were wonderful hosts. We received tips on what to visit, restaurant recommendations and we could also borrow beach towels.

my wife says she is having the best ever sleep with the mattress at Smile & Co maddeningly even better than at home and I thoroughly enjoy the chat with Cristian who is a fantastic host and the hostal’s location couldn’t be more convenient.

The owner Cristian was a great host, he gave good tips to see the city and good restaurant tips. The location is great, it is in the city centre but still in the quieter streets. Everything is within walking distance.

Everything. The owners going above and beyond to accommodate some of my special needs, honestly, it was like visiting family! Also the location was excellent, no street noise, clean, breakfast was delicious!

great location, very clean , very friendly people and modern facilities.
The only disappointment was that there is no heating in the bathroom. Of course for most of the year this is not a problem but during our stay ( January) it was cold at night. There is heating in the bedroom which worked perfectly well , but it was hard getting showered in the cold bathroom each morning and coming back to the same in the evening.

The owners are very nice people. Lovely apartment which was excellent value for money in good location not far from the bus station and in the middle of the town very close to good restaurants bars and shops.
Everything was great except the breakfast coffee could have been better.

The service is so good! Audrey woking at the reception has been extremely helpful, and the room was worth the value. It is located in the centre of Alicante but not noisy at all.
