La atención 10/10, muy atentos todos, muy cómoda la habitación, y todo súper limpio, cuarto, baños y espacios comunes! y termino de encantarme por el cafesito en grano que tenían!!

Personnel adorable et Pierre (le propriétaire) super dispo et sympa, plein de bon conseils et d'anecdotes de voyages. Beaucoup d'interactions avec les autres voyageurs La cuisine ultra confortable où l'on a envie de rester, on se sent comme à la maison. Les dortoirs spacieux et confortables. Emplacement au calme et proche du centre.

Sin duda es el mejor Hostel en el que me he quedado , las instalaciones y el personal que ahí labora son excelentes, es muy limpio y ordenado. Me encantó que se siente como estar en casa.

Localização excelente, a fachada está desgastada, mas por dentro o hostel surpreende, equipe muito simpática, cozinha super equipada, camas confortáveis, banheiros super limpos, decoração bem cuidada, chuveiro quente, maravilhosa!!! Me senti em casa!!!

Big kitchen with dining table. Cozy sofa area to relax in the room and hang out with other guests. Comfortable beds. Hairdryer provided. Hangers and cupboard to hang clothes. Staff are helpful.

Bathroom was cold.

The location and hostel were both perfect. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Gorgeous Building

This is without a doubt one of the best hostels I have stayed during my trip. The location is perfect, it is in the center of Puerto Varas, close to bus station and less than 5 min walk to supermarkets. It is one of the cleanest hostels I have been on. For all you are getting, this is probably the best price you will find in PV. Beds really confortable and big lockers. The rustic decoration gives a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is very complete and clean. I appreciate a lot the free coffee!! (which is not any coffee, but really good coffee). It’s located in a really quiet location. Pierre and the rest of the staff were always really welcoming, very friendly and provided me with really nice tips for my visit in PV. Thanks a lot!! I will definitively come back to this hostel anytime I visit Puerto Varas!

Perfect hostel close to Puerto Varas centre. It's very cozy, staff is helpful and the price is great for what you get. We loved it here.

Lovely homely feel to this hostel, the rooms were cosy and the kitchen was one of the best I came across in South America. The communal areas were inviting and comfy and the location was close to the centre of town

Laundry took a long time and usually had to wait to use the bathroom as there aren't many

Great & cozy hostel right next to the centre of Puerto Varas. It's perfect for people who are doing trekking trips rather than spend long nights out.

Super cozy and well equipped place, easy to meet other people, the staff helps out with anything, show what there is to do in the area... they offer homemade cake

Perfect location. Hostel was always lovely and warm from the fire but our room was quite cold but this wasn’t the case for every room as we met other people who had the opposite problem to us.

They have free real coffee (not instantaneous fake coffe) and top tier toilet paper. I was hooked.

the coziest hostel ever. absolutely loved the vibes of this hostel and how much it felt like home! you can feel it even with the people who stay there - who made me feel so welcomed despite having difficult journey to the hostel (missed a flight). staff was also super chill and helpful with check in and suggestions of activities. highly recommend!!!

lovely welcome - great location, fab room with fantastic facilities - was actually a family cabin and very reasonable for the price. was just a brief stop over but a great start to our Chilean adventure. thanks MaPatania and the lovely staff (Geraldine I think ?) Helen and Mike x

Bathrooms on the top floor need an update. Nothing unclean and wouldn't stop me from staying again but could do with some tlc. Same with the kitchen. Very creaky floors- I woke up every time someone went to the loo at night.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They helped us in several occasions with recommendation, a shower after checkout and storing our backpacks. The hostel is very clean and tidy. The beds are very comfy too!

Its an old house and hence, I would recommend to bring earplugs.

Large comfortable rooms, beautiful building, well stocked kitchen, good wifi, good location, friendly staff, chill vibe - wish I could have stayed longer!
