1. The apartment is spacious and bright 2. Three bathrooms 3. Ground floor with pool access 4. Very close to the beach

1. Wifi did not work, even though the apartment is sold with free wifi 2. Dishwasher did not work - which was a hassle for 7 people for 2 weeks 3. Washing machine only worked sometimes 4. The electricity kept blowing out (at least every 2 hours, sometimes more often) and we had to turn it off manually every time. This meant that our food in the fridge and freezer was usually ruined when we came back to the apartment after a day of exploring. Quite annoying and very expensive. 5. No toilet paper, no soap, no dish cloth, no dishwashing liquid, no shampoo, no nothing. We had to buy everything ourselves. 6. No beach supplies like loungers or parasols - had to buy all that ourselves 7. Not enough linen and towels for 2 weeks. 8. No vacuum cleaner 9. The demand that you clean the apartment before you leave, but there are no cleaning supplies. 10. To top it all off, the air conditioning was broken wen we arrived and dafter it was fixed it only worked in some bedrooms. Other rooms were left boiling.

Upon arrival the ceiling had collapsed in the main bathroom which was dangerous.

The pool and location to supermarket and bars

Picking up keys and then driving around for an hour with a taxi driver who refused to put on sat nav, but kept asking other drivers. Having to go back to Salou the next day to report on damaged stuff in the apartment, with photo proof. Having to wash my feet after 30 mins because of the unclean state of the floor. You should send an agent with a customer when checking in.. Will NOT be using your company again.
