Spacious apartment, good equipment. Heplful owner.

A bit outdated beds. Specially one double bed was very wobbly (feeling like was sleeping on air mattress), so myself and wife slept in separate beds. Shame dishwasher stopped working after 1st wash. Slippery stair tiles to ski equipment basement room.

Location isn’t too bad being at a 10 mins walk downhill to the centre as well as the closest ski school

I really don’t know we’re to start from! The property owner did not fulfill any of his contractual obligations. 1) he did not provide us with a deposit receipt upon arrival saying that he ran out of receipts (how unfortunate?!) that day and being already 7:30pm on a Saturday (when we checked in) he had no chance to restock and we should have waited for the coming Monday. He never gave us the receipt providing every time an excuse and as a outcome, he refused to refund us the 200€ deposit saying he never got the money from us as we couldn’t prove otherwise failing to show him a receipt 2) the apartment was filthy and in very poor conditions (please see pictures attached) 3) one of the bathrooms couldn’t be used due to a very strong smell of sewage which was potentially harmful. The owner tried to justify himself blathering something about being this on the top floor (so was the other with no smell btw) it was “normal” 3) ceiling windows were leaking (see pictures enclosed) 4) only bath towels for 2 people were provided and cannot be used anyway since they had a very strong smell of rotten socks. The owner failed to provide a replacement for those and refused to supply additional towels for the other people too 5) toiletries were not provided 6) in the staircase there was a very unhealthy smell of smoke and the owner refused to refrain from that unhealthy behaviour despite one of us being asthmatic, saying “people in Italy smokes, you should try too” 7) in the only bathroom we could use, there was both an electric appliance and a socket INSIDE the shower cabin itself!! To avoid being electrocuted, we had no other options than switching off the electricity main on the fuse box every single time, thus showering in the dark 8) we noticed something running on one of the beams which led us to believe it was a rat. Having pointed a flashlight to it, we noticed a recent unfinished brickwork that we believe it has been laid to cover a potential rat infestation.

Lots of space in the apartment. Dish washing liquid and cloths provided. Bus access was good. Supermarket a short walk away.

No drying facilities in the ski locker. Not much room for a group. Steps to ski locker are tiled and can be slippy.

Two big bedrooms, quite a lot of space. Clean appartment. Quietly.

Beds are not really comfortable. Not enough lights, especially in toilets.
