Friendly staff Location

Really spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen(but no oven), big terrace, enough towels, king sized bed , breathtaking views from the pool area, very quiet

Our apartment was on the ground floor so I didn't have a full sea view but I think it was what we paid for. Would be nice to view the exact apartment photos we get before booking as they are all different. I was hoping for a heated pool (as said on the description ) because the sea was too cold for swimming but I couldn't use it as the water felt cold. I tried to use the sauna but it didn't work and I didn't bother to go to the reception to ask for help. I think it would be useful to give the guests a little brochure as how to use all facilities as I wasn't given any and needed to figure out as how to use the washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, very strange door opening system etc. In the welcome letter it was said that some personal assistant will call us next day and explain everything including the sightseeing etc but nobody did. The breakfast is €8.5 per person and we tried it once but we thought it wasn't worth it and it's better to have breakfasts at our apartment. We paid €100 deposit for potential damage in our check in so I was €100 short for our trip so I needed to withdraw extra money with a bad exchange rate so I recommend to bring extra cash with you as the pound is cheaper than euro in there. Also another downside is that the hotel is located not on the sunny side so you won't be able to enjoy the sun in the mornings but late afternoon (maybe a bit different in the summer).And I think I would've picked Puerto Rico if I knew that Amadores was that much shaded by the hills. Also I think nearly €200 for a night( no food) is a bit expensive. You can bring tea/coffee/washing detergent etc with you as the prices at the local shops are ridiculously expensive. Also the showerhead was mouldy or dark ish - needed a thorough clean!

- great view from the balcony & the pool - very quiet & relaxing vibe - spacious apartment - well equiped kitchen - clean rooms but the floors are dusty and you need to use some slippers - friendly staff, they let us store the luggage after check out while we stayed in the pool area - the road to accomodation is abrupt and pretty hard to climb especially if you have luggage

The room was perfectly positioned for everything, pool access, restaurant, walking and a fantastic view. The room was spacious, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. Home from home.

Absolutely nothing negative could be said about this place. Everything was good quality, easy to locate and peaceful.

- The hotel has the best view in Gran Canaria - from the pool area and from the rooms with sea view. - The room was equipped with everything I needed (kitchen, washing machine, iron). - There are big balconies in the rooms, that is very pleasant and convenient. - The wifi worked perfectly everywhere in the hotel (very good speed and quality). - The supermarket is next to the hotel (5 min walking distance, starting from the 6th floor without steep street). - There is a very nice cafe next to the pool, where one can order very delicious drinks and food (absolutely affordable prices). - The drinking water one can buy at the reception (5 litre bottle, cheaper than in a supermarket). - There are plenty of parking lots in the street. - The staff was always very friendly and very helpful. - I had a rented car to drive to the beach (there are also enough parking lots), it is also possible to walk to the beach (coming back to the hotel might be a bit steep).

The room cleanness wasn’t great and the sink was clogged.

This is a quiet place that attracts tourists and family rather than party-going locals. It was peaceful and quiet compared with other places I’ve stayed on the island. Great location with easy parking. Plenty of beds around the decent-sized pool. Great staff.

Beautiful spacious room, exceeded our expectations. All new refurbished. Wonderful view of playa amadores. Absolute privacy. Perfectly clean. Beach towels available. Perfect wifi, high speed. Functional Netflix on the TV (we had our own access). There are only two Studios in the complex and they have perfect home quality internet. The other apartments have so-so internet speed. Parking on the street completely hassle free, there are endless spaces. Better to have a car with automatic transmission. Parking is up a steep hill.

The bed was hard - it would probably suit some people - when a mattress topper was requested it was soon supplied and fitted.

Absolutely fabulous place so spotlessly clean staff so helpful accommodation excellent all we could have asked for and more could not recommend this place highly enough
