The location is amazing, the room is opening to a terrace which is 10meters from the water. Kids go independently to the sea. The owner, who is a local, is exceptionally kind. The little bay, avlakia is very beautiful.

Not possible to get any groceries, water from anywhere. there is no store nearby, you can buy cold drinks from the restaurants but the hotel on the waterfront would not sell coffee for example... the bay is rather isolated

My favorite place in Samos. It is a great place for those who expect a quiet, peaceful vacation. There is a very cute taverna next to it. Not for you if you are looking for other activities.

everything was Wonderfull. Very friendly landlord. the sea and the area was very clean and very peaceful.

Luverly location right by the sea in a well sheltered bay perfect bright clear water ideal for swimming and snorkelling typical island pebble beach. Right next door to a a family owned taverna serving typical Greek food at a reasonable price. Accommodation hostess was brilliant even took us shopping in the next village to stock up for the week. Good and very cheap bus service to anywhere on the island say no more eh !

Place was just opening up after 2 /3 years covid restrictions which of course has affected everything so ongoing improvements being made.

We had a very pleasant stay at the studio, Alex was a lovely host, the studio was very comfy and the beach is beautiful and very tranquil. Thank you, we’ll come back :)
