Property was clean, casago was efficient. We were looking to check in early if possible and communication was difficult on that. Always difficult with Las Concha’s to know how far back you are. Would like more clarity on that in the system.

It is great house and had a lot off stuff but it was not walking distance to the beach.

Wonderful house minutes from the beach. Fully equiped kitchen. VERY clean. We had a quiet weekend getaway at the Sea of Dreams and will be back!

Easy rental process and perfect spot for a peaceful getaway

Everything you need is here. 1) The ocean view 2) 3-minute walk to the beach 3) Full kitchen 4) Washer & Dryer 5) Comfortable seating Having a fully equipped home instead of a tiny hotel room is a BIG deal. We ran the washer/dryer quite a bit. We cooked many of our meals at home even tho we did eat out a lot too. It's just nice to have something cold to drink in a fridge and some snacks laying around. Cons: 1) There isn't a decent mattress on any of the beds. They are cheap and very uncomfortable. After a day of fun in the sun and drinks at Wrecked at the Reef we were so tired that we were able to sleep on anything. But, seriously, the beds are really bad. 2) check-in and checkout could be better. Having to go pick up keys and drop them off at an office is not customer-centric planning. Yes, it is convenient for the management company, but what a hassle for the customer. The use of a Ring doorbell camera and lockbox system would make a lot of those problems go away. 3) Apparently we went through a 3rd party advertiser on VRBO that added an additional 15% to our 4-night stay that we could have forgone had we rented directly from casago.com. Even if they did not fix any of these problems I would be inclined to go back. The 4-star rating is accurate. It would be so easy to turn this into a 5-star experience. I hope someone who can do something about these things actually reads this review and decides to take it to heart.

Enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect accept for the upstairs shower had zero water pressure. Loved that it has a wrap around deck and fenced yard for the pups. Has everything you need to enjoy your Mexico getaway.
