Ramona was such a hospitable, attentive, and genuinely kind host. Aside from that, the property itself was quite nice and the location great.

The room was available before the checkin time. Entrance access is possible even off-hours, by using a small key locker outside the building. Room was cozy, equipped with a small coffee maker with coffee pads, and some tea bags for the tea lovers. Excellent location, a couple of minutes walking distance from the historical center.

Really old place, but not in a good way

Cute view of the old town from the top floor, quiet street, very clean & spacious room with a desk, a chair and a wardrobe. Big bathroom too. The sheets and towels had a lovely freshly-washed smell, location is really amazing, basically it's in the old town-city center. Staff was super kind and attentive, coffee on the house & a great short film about Sibiu shown on the host's laptop to make up for the rude guests :) I was able to park on the street right in front on the place. Lovely house, tipical of Sibiu :)

Noisy guests on the same floor arrived late and loud and woke me up during the night but the host apologised several times and said she addressed the issue with the guests, unfortunately I only had the one night in Sibiu. Remote for the TV wasn't in the room but I never brought this to the attention of the staff, surely it's a minor issue with a simple solution :) I would have liked to have 2 pillows, one big & one small for extra comfort at night (there were 2 decorative pillows in the room besides the sleeping pillow but those were too big to sleep on) No elevator but the host helped carry my luggage up the stairs :)

The owners are superb in making guests feel at home and making their stay pleasurable. The building is old and charming and the updated rooms seem fresh, clean and modern. I got a tour of the rooms and each was uniquely different. I had one of the smaller rooms and the bed was great. It caused me to pleasantly sleep later than I wanted too each day.
