The unit we stayed in features high-end appliances and furniture. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The instructions for check-in/check-out were very clear.
Only two issues: although there were ample bathroom towels, we were hoping for beach towels for the pool/lake (this is common for other properties in the area). Also, sitting in the balcony is quite noisy due to the traffic on the Manson Hwy below.

Great place to stay with a family! Location was perfect; walkable to town and amenities. The pool and hot tub were great for our little one. The space was clean and had everything you could need.

The unit was located a few minute walk from the public lakefront park and a few minutes from town. Nice view, updated, clean, and close to the pool. Made for a nice weekend stay.

Beautiful place and the CLEANEST I have ever stayed at;) Not sure why there were no coffee filters but perhaps they don't like waste and just use the basket? We would stay again anytime:)

Highly recommend this place, it was exactly what we expected and being able to watch the fireworks from the balcony was a great experience. The beds are super comfortable and the space was exactly what we needed for our family.

We had an enjoyable weekend other than the chaos that went on next door. But as far as the condo it’s self it was perfect. The pool was great. Everyone was pretty friendly also.

I rented a condo in August for the Christmas Break. The week before Christmas I was notified by the owner he sold the property and I would be contacted by the new owner. Two days before Christmas that had not happened so I rented a second condo in a different building. The location was not what we wanted but it worked. The second evening as we are making dinner we realized we had no water. After waiting a half an hour, we contacted the rental office who were surprised to hear there was no water and asked us to move to a third unit. The next day while talking to the maintenance person I learned he shut the water off due to a leak but did not notify any of the tenants OR the Fire Department that water service had need shut off to the building.
I will be concerned of the dependability of VRBO rentals in the future.

We have stayed here at park place a few times while building a house for my clients in Manson, this apartment A-302 was the best one so far, nice beds, all hardwood etc. we will stay here again.

Very nice condo unit, well furnished. Sparkling clean and comfortable. Property management was very responsive to our request for an early check in. Beautiful views across lake to hills on other side. Small but nice pool area. Facing road but no noise in bedrooms. Overall excellent stay.

Fall in Lake Chelan
The property was clean and as depicted by the pictures (which is not always the case!). Park Pointe is a great location; walkable to downtown Chelan, great 2-bed, 2-bath condo, and beautiful sunset views! We will be back!

Comfortable and clean
Great, clean property. Beautiful mountain view and plenty of space to spread out. Would have loved to be able to get either an early check in or late checkout, but management did not respond to initial booking inquiry when we asked about this and when we called about checkout all we got was an answering service. Overall, a great place for a weekend in wine country.

Clean and quiet!
This property was so clean! It was well stocked with cooking utensils and everything seemed new. It was very quiet. The location was great, with an awesome coffee shop and fresh pastries next door.

Great property in great location
This is a great condo. Meticulously clean and well-appointed with bath towels, bedding, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels, laundry soap (limited), and a set of bath soap and shampoo for each bathroom. Kitchen very well appointed with cookware and cooking utensils and everything needed to eat. Cable TV, smart TV for connecting devices and streaming services, free WiFi, and air conditioning. The furniture is very comfortable for a rental. Contactless checkin and checkout with key lockbox at the door. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. From the condo you can walk to Don Morse park, activities, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. We had a very good stay. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay at this property! Would absolutely stay there again! Clean, well appointed with recent upgrades. Really enjoyed the pool- not crowded! No surprises!!!

Great location and amenities
We had a great week at Park Pointe condos. Location is walkable to town, with wonderful mountain/butte views from the private deck and living room. The complex's pool was clean, with multiple lounge chairs and patio umbrellas for shade. Air conditioning was a plus, and the 2 bed/2 bath layout was ideal for our family, with parents in one room; kids in the other. Highly recommend this unit (and the complex overall) for a summer vacation.

Nice place near town
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Park Pointe. Close to the City Park and town. One thing that would have been nice is to be able to check in earlier than 5pm and checkout a bit later than 10am.

Fabulous location and very clean!
Our family had a wonderful stay in your condo over 4th of July weekend. We even got to see the fireworks show straight off of the balcony!! The condo was comfortable and clean with much appreciated AC. The only recommendations for change would be additional pillows for the bedrooms (there were only two thin ones for each bed), and salt and pepper for the kitchen. Both seem like easy additions that would have made a big impact.

I am normally not one to leave reviews but I felt compelled... this property was CLEAN. And when I say clean I mean, so clean you could eat off of any surface in the place. They had everything we needed and we had a great stay. The only complaint I have is the check-in time being so late (5pm) and fairly early checkout (10am).

Excellent stay & well appointed apartment!
My husband & I were thrilled to find this close to downtown, walkable, territory view, very well appointed & very clean apartment. Everything was made for a comfortable guest stay. The king bed was so comfortable, that we might ask what bed it is for home. The linens & towels, appliances & kitchenware were all high quality & in excellent condition. We really appreciated how clean everything was. The one thing we should mention is if someone in your party likes long hot showers, the other person will need to wait a little bit to heat up the water again, but it was hardly a deal breaker. Would gladly stay again.

Super clean and meets expectations
I am very happy to report this property met and exceeded expectations. The photos very accurately represents the property and it was so clean! The only drawback is the road noise from Manson Hwy, but other than that I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.
